“I would have given 5 stars, room and breakfast were good, service people were very helpful, the small gym is very clean. Unfortunately I found a big safety issue. I took by mistake an elevator which was meant to be used by staff people. It lead to an Emergency exit which was closed by chains! Emergency exits should always be easy to open. This is a big safety concern.”

“Overall our stay was very good, and i would return. However the biggest disappointments : very hard, uncomfortable, and SMALL king beds?? (And we’ve traveled all over the world, our bed was small). Several days we weren’t able to order hot breakfast even though we paid for it bc they were “out of a lot of things” (buffet was also lacking those days). “Very friendly and helpful staff in an excellent location, minor points a second chair in the room would be useful and the sink is quite small. But overall enjoyable and Peter and Storm are lovely.”
