La camera non era pronta ma mi hanno fatto accomodare nella hall, offerto un cappuccino e sono venuti a cercarrmi non appena la camera si è liberata. Personale attentissimo e prodigo di consigli. Molto premuroso. Un giorno ero uscito per andare a piedi al waterfroont, il concierge mi ha rincorso fuori dicendomi che era troppo pericoloso e invitandomi a prendere un taxi. “Very good hotel, clean and new, great position close to the V & A Waterfornt, nice staff. Only problem I had was that smell of smoking came from the room next to mine. Staff was nice to change my room the day after, but it would be better if they checked more if people respect "no smoking rule" of the structure.”
