There are no good views, or elevators, however, the staff are always friendly and the parking is safe. ”

HALF OF THE REASON YOU BOOK SUCH AN HOTEL IS QUIET ALL AROUND. IT MAKES NO SENSE TO HAVE NOISELESS ROOMS FROM THE INSIDE...

“The Taj Cape Town owes us nothing but a return stay whenever we are in Cape Town again! We experienced top tier 10/10 service, support, surprise and the food! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived it was splendid. We got help from the car, a warm towel, and the room was just everything including the complimentary bottle of wine. All during our staff they provided romantic set up, desserts in our room, a romantic bath set up...and AT NO EXTRA CHARGE....
