Una vacanza nella tranquillità e bellezza umbra
Siamo ritornati in questa bella dimora dopo l'ottima esperienza dello scorso anno. Ottime le condizioni della casa, del giardino con piscina. Un particolare ringraziamento al proprietario che ci ha accolti omaggiandoci del suo ottimo vino e di una deliziosa torta, è sempre stato molto premuroso e buonissimi i pomodori e i meloni del suo orto. Ci ritorneremo Luigi e Carla

Residenza di charme
Ci siamo trovato benissimo e siamo stati accolti con calore dalla famiglia Paolucci. Bellissima casa, arredamenti molto eleganti che raccontano bene la storia di chi la ha arredata e ci ha vissuto. Relax e privacy nella bellissima piscina ad uso esclusivo. Ottima la posizione per visitare sia l’Umbria che la Toscana. Ci torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie alla famiglia Paolucci per le gustose verdure dell’orto che ci sono state omaggiate, così come per le uova fresche, che i bambini hanno gradito molto. La torta di frutta che ci avete preparato è stata una coccola inattesa che ci ha scaldato il cuore. A presto!

Una vacanza nella pace e bellezza umbra
Questa casa già bella nelle foto è ancora meglio dal vivo. Arredamento raffinato e curato nei particolari, giardino con prato e fiori, piscina con suggestiva vista sui boschi. Un grazie particolare al proprietario e ai suoi figli per la cortesia e la disponibilità. E' sicuramente consigliata per chi cerca silenzio, privacy e tranquillità, noi faremo il possibile per tornarci.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia e il nostro cagnolino a villa stella È il luogo ideale dove passare una vacanza in pieno relax a contatto con la natura Punti forti : il giardino e la piscina con vista panoramica Il proprietario il signor Domenico ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e cordialità e ci ha allietato con i prodotti della sua terra Speriamo di tornare in futuro

Villa immersa nella natura per un completo relax!
La villa è molto bella, cosi come in foto. Ci sono 2 camere da letto: una al pian terreno, matrimoniale e grande con bagno annesso (con vasca e doccia). L'altra è al piano di sopra, più piccola, con letti singoli e un bagno piccolino dove mancano spazi per appoggiare le cose, comunque con doccia. Il soggiorno a piano terra è bellissimo, anche se con tutto lo spazio all’esterno e la bella cucina non l’abbiamo praticamente usato. In soggiorno è presente anche un divano letto matrimoniale. La cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina è confortevole, con una vista spettacolare sulle colline circostanti. Anche i nostri amici “pelosi” se la sono goduta nel giardino antistante la casa, completamente recintato e diviso dalla zona piscina da un cancelletto. Bellissima la doccia all’aperto direttamente alimentata dai pannelli solari. I proprietari sono sempre molto attenti, gentili e appena possono non fanno mancare suggerimenti e anche dei graditi regali enogastronomici, come vino fatto trovare in fresco all’arrivo, uova e verdure, e la sera prima della partenza una favolosa torta! Unica piccola pecca, indipendente dalla proprietà, l’assenza di campo per il telefono (almeno per le reti fastweb e wind). All’interno della casa è comunque presente la rete wi-fi, anche se fruibile solo in alcune zone. Ricapitolando la villa è il posto ideale per trascorrere delle vacanze in assoluto relax e con tutti i confort! Ideale per famiglie e amici. Un ringraziamento alla gentilissima famiglia Paolucci!

Una meravigliosa casa
La casa Stella è una splendida, meravigliosa e eccezionale casa. È arredata con molto gusto e molto polita. Anche il giardino e il pool sembra di essere un sogno e vengono curati giornalmente dal Sig. Domenico con molto affetto. La famiglia di Sig. Domenico è sempre disponibile e pronta a dare un aiuto. Vogliamo ringraziare Sig. Domenico per i suoi regali come uova, vino, verdure e galletto!! Noi ci siamo trovati molto, molto bene in questa casa e torneremo sicuramente di nuovo.

Non ho conosciuto personalmente i signori Ezio e Renate, ma papà me ne ha sempre parlato bene e con entusiasmo . Diceva persone , gentili ,educate , buone nell' animo e sempre ben rivolte verso il prossimo : qualità oramai sempre più rare nella gente. In queste occasioni passa in secondo piano l'aspetto lavorativo e nasce un'interazione umana veramente appagante . Speriamo tutti noi della famiglia, che torniate presto per condividere altri bei momenti insieme. Intanto tante,tante grazie e tanti buoni viaggi con la mitica FIAT 124 spider !!!

Relax e accoglienza a 5 stelle
A Casa Stella abbiamo trovato molto più di quanto ci aspettassimo. La casa è una splendida residenza in stile rustico chic ricca di fascino e con una storia affascinante di cui conserva le tracce nell'arredamento e negli accessori, dotata di ogni comfort dalla cucina completamente attrezzata a una dispensa già piena di spezie e del necessario per iniziare a cucinare all'arrivo. Splendide le grandi piante in vaso e il pergolato che la circondano. La piscina con acqua salata (niente cloro!) domina la collina e offre una vista mozzafiato di tutte le colline e la valle sottostante, con l'illuminazione notturna e le stelle è un angolo da sogno. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile, il signor Domenico e la figlia Marzia ci hanno accolti con una bottiglia di vino di loro produzione già in fresco e un dolce di saluto quando siamo partiti, persone veramente squisite e ospitali. Sono stati una presenza discreta rispettando la nostra privacy ma sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza. Dietro richiesta ogni mattina ci hanno perfino fornito verdure fresche dall'orto e messo gratuitamente a disposizione la limonaia con cui abbiamo preparato ottimo thè freddo ogni giorno! La fornitura di tutta la biancheria per la casa, inclusi i teli da bagno, e la disponibilità della lavatrice è stata una vera comodità per ridurre i bagagli. E per finire, i nostri cani sono stati accolti con piacere e sono sempre stati al sicuro. Il grande giardino interno è recintato e separato dalla piscina da una cancelletto, permettendoci di lasciarci scorrazzare liberi senza preoccupazioni. E anche in zona piscina, dove hanno potuto fare il bagno con noi senza problemi grazie alla comodissima scala romana, hanno potuto correre per la collina intorno senza pericoli. La bella doccia all'aperto con vista sulla valle e riscaldata con pannelli solari ci ha permesso di lavarli senza problemi sia prima di entrare in acqua che dopo per sciacquare via il sale. Non potevamo davvero sperare di meglio. Casa Stella è il luogo ideale per una vacanza in famiglia e con i propri pelosi in assoluto relax e totale privacy . E per chi ama le escursioni, Cortona, Città di Castello e il lago Trasimeno sono vicinissimi per una visita in giornata. Che dire? Pure noi avremmo molto da dire su lei come ospite : ha lasciato la casa talmente pulita , da poter essere riconsegnata agli ospiti successivi senza problemi , anche a dimostrazione che con i nostri cuccioli si può benissimo andare in vacanza , senza chissà quali limitazioni , perché la differenza sia in negativo che in positivo la facciamo noi " umani " con la nostra educazione o maleducazione . Con vera gioia vi aspettiamo per il prossimo anno . Ciao da parte di tutta la famiglia

A Wonderful and Welcoming Place in the Umbrian Countryside
Casa Stella is one of the most wonderful places that we have stayed in. It is a pleasure - large, well-appointed rooms with a lovely garden and stunning views of the countryside. The large main bedroom and the living room have french doors on both sides. The kitchen is large and many a lovely meal was prepared there and enjoyed mostly outdoors on a table under the shady veranda. The generously sized swimming pool was perfect for cooling off in a very tranquil setting. If it’s peace and quiet you are looking for – perfetto! What made our stay even more special was the welcome from Domenico and his family. We were greeted by wine, eggs, and delicious tomatoes from the family’s produce. Unfortunately our Italian is limited, but that did not stop us communicating and Domenico and family were always very helpful, guiding us to places to see and even booking a restaurant table for us. There is a lot to see within an hour or so’s drive from the property. Perugia, Città di Castello, Assisi, Deruta (for ceramics), Gubbio, Castiglione del Lago and Cortona are all worth a visit. The countryside around Lake Trasimeno provides a contrast to the more hilly areas near the villa. And special mention should be made of the beautifully preserved village of Montone with its splendid views over the Tiber valley. We have brought home some very special memories of our holiday in Umbria. Grazie Domenico e tutta la famiglia per averci fatto sentire i benvenuti a casa vostra.

Merveilleuses vacances
Vacances au calme dans une jolie maison très agréable avec une splendide piscine et une vue magnifique. Accueil très gentil de Maria Theresa et de son papa Domenico toujours discrètement disponibles pour nous rendre service. Urlaub wie bei der Familie
Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir wurden verwöhnt mit frischen Tomaten und Eiern. (Beides war sehr lecker.) Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind typisch italienisch einfach toll. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Vater der Eigentümerin kam immer wieder und erkundigte sich ab alles ok war. Wir persönlich fanden es super und hätten uns gerne noch mehr mit ihm ausgetauscht aber leider sprechen wir nicht gut genug italienisch. Insektenspray sollte man auf alle Fälle dabei haben. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und könnten uns vorstellen nochmals dort Urlaub zu machen. Tausend Dank an Domenico, es war sehr schön… die Kartoffeln, die Torte (Dolce) und der Limoncello waren sehr lecker… auch die extra für unsere drei Kids besorgten Schwimmringe haben uns überrascht. Wir hoffen wir sehen uns mal wieder..

Peaceful calm
We just returned from the most wonderful, relaxing, tranquil vacation at this beautiful house! It is our second stay here and we hope to make it annual! The garden is just gorgeous, the house is perfectly maintained, the swimming pool is glorious and the view is incredible! There are wonderful characteristic towns nearby and the local produce is inspired! Though the best time we spent was just hanging around together at this lovely house!! The family which runs the house does so with dedication and love and it was an incredibly relaxing vacation all around we can’t wait until next year!!

Ankommen = wohlfühlen. So ein schöner Ort für die Seele. Domenico und seine Tochter Maria Theresia begrüßten uns wie Familie und so fühlten wir uns auch, obwohl wir erst zum 2.Mal hier waren. Alles war sauber und für uns vorbereitet, ein guter Wein stand für den ersten Abend bereit und so begann der Urlaub von der 1. Minute an. Wer Abgeschiedenheit, tolle Aussicht und Natur sucht, ist hier goldrichtig...und er Pool erst...wunderbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Beautiful house, stunning location, great pool! Extraordinary views! Quiet and peaceful. Great place to relax. Need to speak a little Itaian at least, host doesn't speak English (called brother on the phone who spoke a little). Email contact better. Host's father Domenico is on site at house next door taking care of plants and pool. Kind and friendly. And a great problem solver. Delt with issues immediately. We felt very welcome. In dieses Haus kommt man gerne wieder: schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen, die Familie vor Ort überaus nett und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Wir wurden versorgt mit Tomaten, Zucchini, Wein, Eiern und Kuchen. Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Lokal,zwei Bars und zwei kleine Läden, so dass man alles Notwendige zu Fuß erledigen kann. Haus, Garten und Pool sind wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig gelegen, der Erholung steht nichts mehr im Wege.

La bella Italia
We werden erg vriendelijk onthaald door de eigenaars op onze eerste vakantiedag. De eigenaar (Domenico) zorgde er dagelijks voor dat het zwembad proper was en dat alles mooi onderhouden werd. De groenten en de verse eitjes die door hem aangeboden werden hebben ons erg gesmaakt. Het huis is praktisch ingedeeld en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorhanden. Wij hebben genoten van een zeer fijne vakantie met zowel ontspanning aan het huis, alsook uitstapjes naar nabijgelegen steden Arezzo, Perugia, Corona… Rustig gelegen villa met een adembenemend mooi panoramisch uitzicht en wat ons betreft een echte aanrader als vakantieverblij!

Amazing place!!
This is the best house we have ever stayed in. What an amazing place, beautiful house and priceless views. The house is so clean and everything that you need. The beds were made and so comfortable. All kind of products in the kitchen and well equipped. Dominico is absolutely the best host ever. So friendly and caring, bringing vegetables and making sure the pool is clean. So nice to chat, the kids adored him, and wanted to take him home :). We miss being there already and will definitely come back.

Super schöner Familienurlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub mit unseren Kindern (2,5,9 und 11Jahre). Der Pool und die Aussicht sind super. Das Haus ist sauber, der Garten sowie auch der Pool werden jeden Tag durch den Gastgeber gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und verpflegen einen auch mit eigenem Gemüse. Die Lage des Hauses ist auf einem Berg, sehr abgeschieden von allem anderen, daher hat man dort definitiv seine Ruhe. Die Pizzeria im Ort ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Rundum haben wir den zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen!

Wspaniałe miejsce z cudownym widokiem
Byliśmy już wiele razy w Toskanii i Umbrii, ale naszym zdaniem jest to najlepsze miejsce w jakim byliśmy dotąd. Oczywiście zależy to od tego, kto czego oczekuje. Nam odpowiadał brak innych ludzi, wspaniały widok, basen, spokojna lokalizacja oraz przestronny i praktyczny dom, w którym mieszkaliśmy. Dominico, który każdego ranka dbał o basen i ogród, a wieczorami podlewał bazylię i hortensje mówił wyłącznie po włosku, jednak nie stanowiło to dla nas żadnego problemu.

Paradise!
We cant say enough good things about our stay here! The house itself is lovely and well appointed. Beautiful flowers, lemon trees and jasmine were picturesque. The property itself is STUNNING! Pictures can not do it justice. The location is great to get to lots of historic towns and other "day trips" but we wanted just as much to lounge by the pool, under the sun, soak in the spectacular views, cook and enjoy our meals on covered patio. Maria Teresa and Domenico are lovely and helpful. We were so sad to leave and hope to return on our next trip. Five Stars all the way around.

Für uns ein perfekter Ort
Wir waren begeistert, sehr sehr ruhige Lage. Genau das Richtige zum entspannen. Wer Ruhe, tolles Ambiente, Aussicht und Entspannung sucht, kann hier sein Traumplätzchen finden. Herzlicher Empfang von Domenico, der auch alles rings ums Haus in Ordnung hielt. Super Pool, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, von Blumen umgeben und eine große Küche runden den guten Eindruck ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Heel proper, heel vriendelijk
Het huis was heel proper, de keuken goed uitgerust. Heel mooi uitzicht. Diervriendelijk, er lopen verschillende poezen en honden rond op het domein. De eigenaar is ook heel vriendelijk en doet af en toe een babbeltje, enkel in Italiaans. Er zat wat lekkers in de koelkast bij aankomst. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar een winkel te gaan.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wunderbares Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung . Zwar recht ruhig gelegen , aber innerhalb 1 Autostunde sind die mittelalterlichen Städte Arezzo, Cortona , Perugia , Citta di Castello und Asissi zu ereichen . Tolle Gasttätte im Ort (1,5km),weitere im Umkreis von 10km . Mehrere gut sortierte Lebensmittelgeschäfte im Umkreis von 10 km.Sehr nette Betreung vor Ort durch den nebenan wohnenden Vater des Vermieters . Traumhafter Blick auf waldige Hügel und Täler . Das Haus hat alles was man braucht incl. stremingfähiges WiFi ! Wir kommen gern wieder !

Wir verbrachten zu viert (zwei Erwachsene + zwei Kinder) zwei entspannte Wochen in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Wir genossen die Ruhe, die wunderschöne Panoramaaussicht, die Natur und die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Lage optimal, um die naheliegenden Städte zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine schöne, entspannte Zeit in Casa Stella!

Een heerlijk huis op een schitterende locatie
Ik en mijn gezin hebben ons 2 weken lang prima vermaakt in dit heerlijke huis. Het zwembad is erg fijn en het uitzicht is adembenemend. Je hebt een heerlijke pizzeria op 5 minuten en hele mooie stadjes op een klein half uur. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en onderhouden het huis goed. Dit huis is wat mij betreft een echte aanrader!

Das Haus ist geräumig, stillvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten und die Panorama Aussicht sind traumhaft schön. Den Pool haben wir täglich genossen und würde jeden morgen gepflegt vom Besitzer. Wir werder sicher wieder kommen!

Lovely place and very friendly host and atmosphere
We had a wonderful week in the house. The hosts father came with several vegetables to us during the week which we use for cooking and were overall very caring. The pool and the view is amazing. We walked down to the local restaurant in town one night and had the best pizzas on our vacation. Definitely a house we will come back and visit another time.

Great stay
Perfect house for our stay with 2 adults and a 1yo. The house is very cosy and neat. The gated garden was perfect for our daughter to play in under the umbrella. Next to her, we chilled a lot in the hammock. The pool is just magnificent with awesome views. The host is just great! Bringing us fresh vegetables from the garden and very helpful when needed. Italian speaking only, but that was no problem at all.

Eine wunderbare Oase in herrlicher Landschaft

Lovely place for relaxing and quiet holiday
We - a family of 3 - spend 1 week in early September in this nice house. The house itself - as it can be seen on the pictures - is a jewel on its own and very well maintained and clean. It has plenty of space and the kitchen is well equipped for own cooking purposes. The garden is nice with a roof above the Veranda area for sitting outside even when it’s raining. The pool is large with a great view of the countryside - very nice. The neighbor owns horses, so we got some attacks from horse flies. It’s also necessary to bring mosquito repellent. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay very much, it was a nice relaxing vacation. Thank you very much, Domenico and Tiziano. We might come back one day!

Skønt hus
Dejligt hus, i dejlige rolige omgivelser, med en fantastisk udsigt. Meget velholdt og rent. Interiør efter skandinaviske forhold lidt mørk og gammeldags. med det er jo den traditionelle italienske stil. Den landlige beliggenhed gør at der er mange insekter. Udlejers far bor i nabohuset, og er meget hjælpsom og imødekommende. Anbefaler gerne huset.

Beautiful location, great house!
We stayed in the house for one week with a family of four, including our two daughters (12 and 14yrs). The house is absolutely beautiful. It is impeccably clean, and absolutely well maintained. The interior and exterior is perfectly taken care of. The location is beautiful, the pool and the views are amazing. Thank you, Tiziano, for the quick and kind replies when we had questions. Domenico brought fresh tomatoes and vegetables, and when we arrived we found wine, bread, milk and other things in the kitchen. Grazie mille! There is a nice ristorante in less than 5 minutes drive. We loved the pizza there!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Privatpool
Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool (11x6m) und gepflegtem Garten; sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir bewohnten das Haus im Juni/Juli bei 34 Grad Tagestemperatur - im Haus ist es jedoch angenehm kühler. In der Nähe (ca. 1,5 km) befinden sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine gute Taverne. Der Vater (Domenico) des Vermieters bewohnt das Nachbargrundstück und pflegt täglich den Garten und den Pool (morgens 8-9 Uhr) - somit ist absolute Privatsphäre gewährleistet. Er versorgte uns mit Wein, Eiern, Tomaten, Zucchinis und Kuchen und stand uns bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Grazie mille Domenico! Größere Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, allerdings sind die Ausflugsziele wie Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Rimini, Siena oder auch Cortona innerhalb von rund 2 - 2,5 Stunden mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Carissimi Michael e famiglia , è stato un vero piacere ospitarvi . Persone molto gentili ed educate , che hanno apprezzato i costumi e la cucina italiani , turisti sempre dall' interesse vivo . Chissà se ritornerete . Un abbraccio da parte di tutta la famiglia .

Wonderful stay at Casa Stella
We had a very pleasant stay in Casa Stella. Beautiful house and swimming pool in a beautiful natural setting with wonderful views. The house was very clean and gardens/swimmingpool were perfectly maintained. Only remark from our side was that the two bedrooms are not equivalent. Although that is indicated in the description the second bedroom was smaller than we expected. Since we stayed with two adult couples the setting of the smaller bedroom was ok but not ideal.

Peace, quiet and tranquility in the Umbrian countryside
The property is exactly as shown, wonderfully situated with great views all around. The villa is airy, light and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely shaded patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool is beautifully situated with deck chairs, loungers and sunshade provided. Dominico cleans up outside every day and also gave us eggs, wine and vegetables, all home grown. The family made us most welcome. Surrounding hill towns of Cortona, Gubio and Montone are all within an easy drive. Great week, excellent villa, hope to go back again.

Perfect escape
We have just returned from a perfect stay at citta de castello everything was perfect Dominicco made sure the pool and garden was kept clean and tidy we are particularly grateful for the help and care given to us as we had a wheelchair user in our party and extra ramps were put outside every door which made all parts of the garden accessable for them. We would recommend this property and hope to go back

Das schönste Ferienhaus, rundum perfekt!
Das Ferienhaus ist das schönste, in dem wir je unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und viel persönlicher, als man es sonst von Ferienhäusern gewohnt ist. Der Garten ist ebenfalls gepflegt und idyllisch und der Blick vom Pool ist so wunderschön wie ein Gemälde, man kann sich gar nicht daran sattsehen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch und reizend und haben uns mit hervorragenden Tomaten und Melonen aus eigenem Anbau und mit selbstgemachtem Limoncello versorgt. Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen dort verbracht und waren sehr traurig, wieder abreisen zu müssen. Ganz herzliche Grüße an Familie Paolucci, die sich um alles so nett gekümmert hat!

Fantastic House with splendid view
We had a fantastic stay in this house. The host is quick to respond and very flexible. The house is cosy and well equipped and the view from the pool terrasse is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend it.

Heel mooi huis, bijzonder goede inrichting, mooie meubels en prachtige schilderijen. Mooie tuin met goede schaduwplekken, heerlijk zwembad. Zeer aan te bevelen, Goed bereikbaar, niet "in the middle of nowhere", asfaltweg tot aan huis toe (hebben we in Italie wel anders meegemaakt)

A little piece of heaven
This home is beautiful...in a stunning location. It is so comfortable and there are many places to "be" while staying here...inside, on the veranda, on the hammock, or at the pool. It is the perfect place to spend the entire day, or come home to after a day of sight-seeing, both of which we did. Unlike many home-stays we've done before, this house does not provide a few things all others have: coffee, laundry soap, hand soap in the bathroom, etc. We had to ask for more toilet paper and were only given one more roll, which if there are more than two people, or more than one woman, might be tricky, so bring that, too. Just plan ahead and bring supplies with you. There is also no booklet or guide at the house directing you to restaurants in the area, shopping, etc. The other Home Away reviews were what we used for that, along with Yelp and Trip Advisor. The family that owns the home is lovely...Domenico especially is a gem. They live adjacent and are around the property several times a day looking after things: watering, tidying up, etc. If you speak Italian, you will have ample opportunities to chat and ask questions, but this also means that privacy is pretty limited (i.e. no skinny dipping or walking around in your undies! 😜) We loved this place and being there felt like a dream. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful, comfortable home with lush garden in Umbria!
Dominico and his daughter Marie Teresa were great hosts, showing us around this really beautiful home with lush gardens, a pool, fantastic views, lemon trees, flowers, and with friendly descriptions of Italian life. I was there with a friend, and we loved it! Dominico keeps everything immaculate. We loved just being there all day, venturing out to explore the area, to shop for provisions, and eat at some wonderful local restaurants. The family is right next door if you have any problems or questions. The house is decorated beautifully by the former owner, who was an artist. Every room has beautiful glass doors with shutters to let in the breeze and the sunshine. This was a real find! We highly recommend it!

A perfect stay as usual
We liked to come back for the 4th time to Casa Stella and we enjoyed every single day there. The house, the pool with it’s amazing view, the garden, the pergola to sit outside and having breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed to see the owners of the house again.

A beautiful property run by a lovely family in the middle of the Umbrian countryside.
A perfect base to explore Umbria with hour, hour and a half trips to Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, etc. Absolutely gorgeous setting and surroundings. The house is well-maintained and has everything one needs to have a relaxing holiday. It’s advisable someone in your party speaks some basic Italian to communicate with the hosts. We visited in September and needed bug repellent as mosquitoes were everywhere. Other than that perfecto!
