“The stay was quite challenging, especially with kids, due to the lack of an attached toilet. It would be much more convenient for families if this were available. Additionally, no hand towels were provided the following day, which affected our overall comfort and hygiene. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it difficult to watch TV or use the internet. “Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay) Activities for children with water slides fed and lovely pool for everyone. Clean bbq to use for free. Laundry facilities $6 per load. Need washing powder. ”

“I wasn't offered breakfast. Very very disappointing. The room was very clean and spacious. Inconvenient that there are no power points beside the bed, to charge phone. The pillows are way too high. Only suitable for back sleepers. There are no security screens on windows which is a deal breaker for next time. Wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Staff were ok. ”
