“I have stayed here several times and used to love this place, but my most recent experience was deeply upsetting. After staying for another 3 days, I asked for a late check-out which was declined (fair enough), but the owner's attitude turned incredibly hostile when I asked to store my luggage. Despite being a repeat customer, I was treated like a nuisance for simply sitting in the common area waiting for my ride.
