“Room was a fantastic size for our family. There was ample space for all of us. The washing machine and dryer was so helpful. Could come back after big days at the theme parks and do a load of washing every night. It was so clean. Staff were so helpful. We had trouble with our hot water when we checked in. Maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes. Location is fantastic for both Disney and Universal. Highly recommend. ”

“If you have a car, it's a good place. Rooms are quiet and clean, people at the desk very kind and helpful, there is a huge free parking lot and the hotel provide a good wifi and standard free breakfast. lot of restaurants around, and easy connection with everything you need in a few min drive. ”

“They asked me a service fee just because I booked on a third party. The service fee has even be charged per night… considering the old smelly room I have been given, they could have been more considerate ”
