Live a unique experience in this charming single story villa with private pool and barbecue located in the paradisiacal surroundings of Cala Blanca.

This fabulous villa has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, garage, barbecue area and private pool. And, in its surroundings, beaches with turquoise waters where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, take a walk along the cliffs and dine by the sea.



The villa has Wi Fi, bed linen, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. To ensure the pool and outdoor areas are kept in good condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet, and only take place outside. We always give at least 24 hours' notice. Inside, the house has air conditioning in all rooms, allowing a comfortable temperature to be maintained throughout the year. All rooms also have windows to the outside, facilitating proper ventilation. A cot and high chair are available on request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor areas with complete privacy.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. It will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

Cas Buc is located in Cala Blanca, a quiet residential area on the west coast of Menorca, about 5 kilometers from the center of Ciutadella. It is a comfortable and pleasant setting, very close to the sea, perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay without sacrificing nearby amenities. Cala Blanca beach is about a 15 minute walk from the villa and is particularly popular for its easy access and family friendly atmosphere. There is also a promenade along the cliffs, ideal for enjoyable walks and beautiful sunsets, as well as restaurants, bars, and small shops. From Cala Blanca it is easy to reach other nearby coves such as Cala Santandria or Cala en Bosch, known for their turquoise and crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The area combines tranquility, amenities, and proximity to Ciutadella, allowing you to enjoy the island in complete comfort.

Cala Blanca is a convenient area for getting around on foot or by car. The beach, supermarkets, and restaurants are within walking distance of the villa, so many daily trips can be made on foot. Ciutadella is about a 10 minute drive away and offers a wide variety of shops, markets, bars, and restaurants, as well as its historic center and port, which are ideal for strolling at any time of day. During the high season, there are bus connections linking Cala Blanca with Ciutadella and other nearby areas. To enjoy the island with greater freedom and discover other points of interest, we recommend having your own vehicle, as it facilitates access to beaches, coves, and less crowded spots.

The villa, laid out on a single floor, is comfortable and functional. The main entrance is through the side porch, which leads into the living room, a spacious and bright space with a sofa, television, and dining table and chairs. The living room connects directly to the kitchen, which is spacious, fully equipped, and overlooks the pool, making it very pleasant for everyday use. The living room also leads to the sleeping area, where there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have windows to the outside and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. There is a full bathroom with shower in this area. Outside, the villa has an entrance porch with a table and chairs, as well as an outdoor toilet with a cold water shower, designed for use in the pool or barbecue area. At the front of the house is the private pool with sun loungers, a small chill out area, and a stone barbecue equipped with a sink, countertop, and utensils for comfortable outdoor cooking. There is free parking space around the villa.

Check in is from 4:00 p.m. and check out is until 10:00 a.m. Check in is self service, ensuring convenience and flexibility upon arrival.
