Caleta de Mar - Ground floor apartment with terrace, pool and padel court

Caleta de Mar is a well-laid-out flat in Sa Caleta, a quiet residential area just a few minutes from Ciutadella and very close to the sea.

On entering the flat, you’ll find the living and dining room, a comfortable space with a sofa, a 32-inch television, Wi-Fi, a dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen is situated in the same room and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and all the kitchenware you’ll need for day-to-day use.

The sleeping area is arranged on either side of the living room. On one side is the master bedroom, with a 150 cm double bed, a wardrobe and a window looking out onto the outside, alongside a fully fitted bathroom with a shower. On the other side is the second bedroom, equipped with a divan bed that can be converted into two single beds (90 cm and 80 cm), also with a window looking out onto the outside. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside, the private terrace offers a spacious and pleasant area to enjoy the fresh air. It is divided into a tiled, covered area with an outdoor table and chairs, and a lawned area with sun loungers and a parasol, overlooking the communal swimming pool.

The swimming pool and padel court form part of the complex’s communal areas and are available throughout your stay.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- It has air conditioning in all rooms, including a heating option to maintain a comfortable temperature all year round.

- A cot and high chair are available on request; we recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability.

- The complex has a large communal swimming pool and a padel court. During your stay, you will have access to the entire property, its private terrace and the communal areas of the residential complex.

- Although there is no private parking, there are free parking spaces on the street surrounding the complex and it is usually easy to find a place to park.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is compulsory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax prior to arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once registration and payment of the tax have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the apartment, as well as useful details for your stay. Should you have any queries or suggestions, we are available and will be delighted to assist you via our customer service team.

- The paddle tennis court is for communal use and does not include rackets or balls; if you'd like to play, you'll need to bring your own equipment.

- A damage deposit of €300 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The accommodation provides a complimentary welcome pack containing basic cleaning products for the kitchen, toilet paper and bin bags upon arrival. Food items are not included, nor are they replenished during your stay, as these items are intended solely to cover your immediate needs.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been refurbished or updated over time, so there may be slight differences compared to the photographs shown.

HOW TO GET AROUND

Within the Sa Caleta area, it is easy to get around on foot, as the beach, supermarkets and several restaurants are located within walking distance of the apartment.

To reach Ciutadella or explore Menorca’s many coves and places of interest, some form of transport is required. We recommend having your own vehicle, whether a car or a scooter, as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to more remote beaches and hidden corners of the island that are not served by public transport.

However, a bus stop for routes L64 and L65 is located approximately 250 metres from the apartment (around a 3-minute walk), providing direct connections to Ciutadella and the Son Xoriguer area. From Ciutadella, it is possible to connect to other bus routes serving different parts of the island. Timetables may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the Mou-t Menorca website for the latest information.
