Villa Ses Carpinyetes is an attractive 4 bedroom property set in the area of Sa Caleta, just a 5 minute drive or bus ride from the old capital of Ciutadella. You’ll find a couple of restaurants plus the coves of Sa Caleta and Santandria within easy walking distance. Full of charm and character, the villa has bright and airy interiors. Outside you’ll find pretty gardens and a large private pool to enjoy. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Ses Carpinyetes has a lovely setting near the resort of Sa Caleta, with a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. There are also 2 beautiful coves within walking distance, Sa Caleta and Santandria. Santandria has some waterfront eateries overlooking the stunning bay. Just a 5 minute drive takes you to the resorts of Cala Blanca and Calan Bosch, with lots of restaurants to discover plus some beautiful sandy beaches. The islands old historic capital of Ciutadella is also just a 5 minute drive or bus ride away, with an abundance of restaurants and bars plus a harbour lined with cafes, tapas bars and upscale eateries.
