Villa Son Felip by Villa Plus

Villa Son Felip is a great choice for beach lovers, it's only 5 minutes' walk from Cala Blanca's lovely sandy cove and a choice of great seafront restaurants. A greater choice of places to eat and drink, as well as a handful of shops, are 10 minutes further, on the far side of the resort. This impressive 3 bedroom house has a large private swimming pool, a BBQ and a colourful, fresh interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, WiFi and pool heating are all included.

Villa Son Felip is a great choice for anyone who wants to be close to the beach and a selection of places to eat and drink. A leisurely 5 minute stroll along the road will bring you to Cala Blanca's picturesque sandy cove beach and a handful of beach bars and shops. A greater choice of amenities is 10 minutes further, at the local commercial centre. The former historic capital, Ciutadella, is also only a few miles away, and is well worth visiting by car or local bus.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
