Gentile ospite, probabilmente ha prenotato l'unica camera singola (la meno cara) che ha il bagno non interno ma di fronte alla porta, questo però è ampiamente specificato nel nostro annuncio. Ci dispiace che per distrazione sia rimasto deluso. Nelle messaggio di conferma della prenotazione specifichiamo che non abitiamo al B&B e che non abbiamo una reception e che viene fornito un codice per entrare. Forniamo anche 2 numeri di telefono ed una email per comunicare qualsiasi necessità. Cerchiamo di venire incontro il più possibile alle necessità dei nostri ospiti ma ciò può accadere unicamente se loro ce lo rendono noto.

This was a booking made through an agency that does NOT bother to convey all the useful information to the guest. We have guests do self check-in by providing them with an entry code, so all the useful information is sent via chat on Expedia.com (since we are NOT provided with ANY kind of personal contact from the guest).Due to the total negligence of the agency, the guest did not know that they could have breakfast at the bar near the B&B using a voucher, and this is also why they did not know that check-in is from 12:30 pm (and not from 12). We do not use vinegar for cleaning as was done in the 1800s, but rather commercial soaps and disinfectants. It can happen that a guest has a sensitive sense of smell, especially if they entered the room immediately after cleaning, but this does not warrant a demerit note.Another communication problem by the agencies is not having communicated that there is a tourist tax of 2 per person to be paid upon arrival.Our biggest issue with Expedia.com as hosts is not being able to communicate directly with the guest, because bookings are often mediated through intermediary agencies that are not Expedia. Therefore, even though we write all the information in the Expedia chat, we constantly have to worry and pray that these intermediary agencies will pass on the useful information to the guests.
