The apartment can host up to 8 people.
The apartment is composed of an entrance with a kitchen fully equipped with all comforts (refrigerator, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes). A living room with a two people sofà-bed, a 6-8 people table, Two double-rooms with kingsize bed and one double room with bunk beds. Two bathrooms with shower and hair dryers.
The rooms are modern-style furnished with plenty of attention to details, comfortable, spacious, full of sunlight.
A stunning view of the seaside will leave you breathless and make your stay unique and unforgettable.
The apartment is located within a pedestrian area in the city centre, just over the historical port, only 500 mt away from the train station and few meters away from the bus station.
The distance from Rome Fiumicino airport is only 60 km.
The apartment is located in a very convenient area nearby the most popular attractions, such as the historical city centre, San Lorenzo market, Traiano theatre, the Promenade, and a short walk away from the Michelangelo fort, Porta Livorno, the majestic Vanvitelli fountain, the Cathedral.
Nearby also supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops, pharmacies, banks and cash machines, laundry, hair-stylists, etc.
The beach, not far from the apartment, will make your stay even more pleasent. During Summer, a swimming pool by the beach, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, is available for a dive or a sun-bath (for a fee).
The apartment must be vacated by 11 on the day of departure.
The key delivery service is from 3 pm to 10 pm. After this time, there is a charge for the service. From 10 pm to 00:00, the cost is € 50. From midnight to 1 am, the cost is € 70 to be paid cash at the time of delivery.
After one o'clock it is no longer possible to check in.
Late check in must be requested and authorized by the host
On arrival day, there will be our agent will be waiting for the client directly inside the apartment, so we need to know the flight details or the expected arrival time at the apartment at least 4 days in advance.

SERVIZIO CONSEGNA CHIAVI:
Il servizio di consegna chiavi viene effettuato dalle ore 15 alle ore 22. Dopo tale orario il servizio non è più incluso ma diventa a pagamento: tra le 22 e le ore 00:00 il costo è di € 50, da mezzanotte fino all'1 il costo è di € 70 da pagarsi direttamente in loco. Dopo l'una non è più possibile fare il check in.

Per i clienti che hanno necessità di effettuare il check-in anticipato o il check-out posticipato possono chiedere informazioni alla Direzione. Costo del check in anticipato: 30 euro Costo del check out tardivo: 60 euro
È obbligatorio presentare un documento d’identità valido al momento dell’arrivo per ogni ospite.
