“Woman working in reception was excellent. The place and room were very clean. Very spacious and great a/c. However, beware that it is on one floor of a building that is under construction. The front of building had scaffolding and the lobby of the building (which is empty and no a/c) is a mess. You have to ring bell for them to admit you.”

“Location is great, easy to find and get around. Local beach, promenade, grocery stores, restaurants, farmacy, shopping areas all are close by. I arrived by direct bus from FCO($5). Stayed two nights before cruise. Port is within walking distance. This apartment has two bedrooms with shared entrance and kitchen area.One minus: my room didn't have a window. In USA it would be illegal to use as a bedroom for the safety reasons, because there is no egress in case of fire etc.Otherwise, I had a...

“Stay was great. Modern interior and quiet accommodations. Center of town convenient for walking to beach, restaurants, shops and historic fort. Transportation to cruise port for a fee is offered if needed which is appreciated. Please note that one’s stay is for a private room and shared entry and kitchen although we didn’t see the other guests.”

“Esperienza partita male, poiché non rispondeva nessuno della struttura appena giunti sul posto, dopo una mezz’ora abbondante passa il figlio della proprietaria (per fortuna) e ci dà le indicazioni per la stanza. La proprietaria educatamente in tarda serata è venuta a scusarsi per l’accaduto. Tutto questo con una bimba piccola. Colazione nulla di eccezionale. Esperienza da non rifare”

“Our host Fredricka was wonderful! She meets you upon your arrival, shows you to your room and is available if needed. The room and bathroom was very clean, and cozy. The guest house is located around many shops, restaurants and the port. I highly recommend the guest house for anyone cruising or going to Rome. It's located about 30 minutes from Rome.
