“Easy to find, great parking ”

“Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and larger than expected. The only downside was guest room doors slam shut very loudly, night and day. When built there wasn't enough soundproofing between floors. We were kept away until 3 in the morning with the sound of walking in the room above.”

“The guy at the front desk was super dismissive and not helpful. They charge a $50 flat fee for pets which is nice if you stay a while but not nice if it’s only for a night. Location is by the freeway but the area is seedy. Room was very cramped, shower pressure terrible but it was hot. Breakfast had options but none tasted very good. The place smells like chemicals. Not happy for the price.”

“The room was good for the price and breakfast was fine but not huge. Overall was pleased considering how cheap it was. Hardest thing was you can only enter the parking lot from one direction so it can be tricky”

“I am sure the mattress was from my original apartment 40 years ago. No coffee, no chair to sit on, no wi-fi and the front desk had the audacity to tell me it was a delux room! There was NOTHING DELUX about that room. It was my fault to stay at a hotel that was literally 100 feet from a freeway. Worst hotel stay EVER!!”

“Too cold for pool Ask for a couple extra pillows, never got them. Breakfast restaurant was cold, not enough staff to serve, and not enough options on menu, so we left and went somewhere else.”

“We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. I reported this to the concierge, and she said that she would advise the manager to run a de-odorizing machine. (We did...

“The shower knob was hard to turn. The security bolt on the door did not work”

“Sadly this property is dated, tired, and in need of an overhaul. The floor was uneven, sliding door to the balcony didn’t , tv service was down, and the room smelled of mildew. That is just a sample. Staff were nice enough and location is great. No area in the bathroom (pedestal sink) to put my makeup and skincare. I do not recommend.”

“Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”
