Clackamas River Front Oregon City

La nostra casa con 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni si trova in un tranquillo quartiere di campagna ad est di Oregon City con una vista spettacolare sul fiume Clackamas. Scelta di sentieri sul prato terrazzato per portarti sul bordo del fiume. Questa casa è stata recentemente costruita nel 2016 e la planimetria della nuova casa è stata creata con la vista e i nostri ospiti in mente. La casa ha 3 bagni completi con docce e anche una vasca nel master, 5 camere da letto con letti queen e un futon completo con materasso in schiuma di memoria nella zona di intrattenimento al piano di sopra. La casa può ospitare fino a 12 con tutte le lenzuola e le lenzuola fornite.

Vi è l'accessibilità per sedie a rotelle al piano principale, ma non è conforme ADA. Una pompa di calore elettrica fornisce riscaldamento e raffreddamento centralizzati, e la casa comprende un impressionante camino a gas e banchi di granito in tutto. I pavimenti sono in piastrelle e legno duro. C'è un grande balcone coperto fuori dell'area di intrattenimento al piano superiore per la visualizzazione di uccelli del fiume e dei boschi. Proprietà dispone di una bella vista sul fiume e foresta e area esterna con tavoli da picnic e pentola fuoco per tostare marshmallow, così come un facile accesso al fiume per la pesca o il rafting a seconda del periodo dell'anno. Grande, grande giardino privato per la raccolta di famiglia allargata. Siamo sul fiume Clackamas tra Milo McIver State Park e Barton Park, e quasi alla fine di una strada senza uscita. Questa è una posizione preferita dei pescatori di mosca internazionali.
Ci sarà una richiesta aggiuntiva di denaro per pagare la tassa di soggiorno della contea di Clackamas del 6% in base alla tariffa per notte e alle spese di pulizia come stabilito nel nostro contratto.

Great location with excellent access to the Clackamas river for rafting and floating. The house was nicely appointed although it could be improved slightly with king sized beds to accommodate large adults or families with kids. The area was nice and quiet and filled with wildlife like bunnies and deer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful!

The place was beautiful and clean. The view of the river was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked. Getting there is a bit of an adventure, as it's off the beaten path, but the directions provided were great. The only downside of staying there was several pages of rules for the home which were overwhelming.

Estacada River Getaway

We were up for a rafting school on the upper clackamas. The house was gorgeous, quiet, well supplied with cooking utensils. Everyone had their own room. Had a fantastic weekend at your home!

Knitting Retreat by the Clackamas

Our group had a great time at Riverview Lodge on the Clackamas River. The home is wonderfully built and very solid. We were very pleased and somewhat surprised at the attention to detail especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen AND pantry are extremely well equipped with an electric tea kettle, slow cooker, etc. The beds and bedrooms are very homey and comfortable with good bedding, mattresses, and pillows. We can’t wait to return.

Riverview lodge on the Clackamas

This home is beautiful and has just about everything you need. We stayed 5 nights. Saw fisherman and deer. Had a bonfire one night. This was a thanksgiving and early Christmas get together with 2 adult children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. Our only complaint was that the compost can was left with moldy scraps under the sink, which attracted fruit flies. They ended up all over the place and we had to swat them away. There was laminated rules everywhere which is off putting but we obliged.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay. House was super clean, had everything you could want/need, and accommodated our whole family nicely. The property is absolutely beautiful right on the river. Family Weekend

We had a wedding to attend in the area and this was a wonderful place for us and our grown and almost grown children to stay. Plenty of room inside and out to visit and relax. Really enjoyed the fire pit and large kitchen/living room. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation in the woods.

Wonderful House on the Clackamas River

We chose this spacious and lovely home for a family gathering to celebrate the marriage of our son and now daughter in law. We flew in from Maine and the others came from New Mexico and Washington and we all agreed the home on the river was perfect! The spacious rooms allowed all 10 of us plenty of space to roam and dine together comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep and dining. The bathrooms were clean and had fresh towels, and the washer and dryers on the 1st and 2nd floors were so convenient. The property is private and we loved the views of the river from the first floor patio and especially from the 2nd floor balcony. There were a lot of instructions throughput the house and for departure which we respected and checked off as we prepared to leave.

It was scenic, comfortable and beautiful. The only downside was the insecurity of the location. Glad I didn't travel at night. Made a couple of wrong turns, but ultimately got there safely.

Amazing House!

Pictures do not do this house justice! So beautiful inside and out. The road does look a little creepy if you arrive at night but push past that. There are a lot of laminated rules all over the house but they aren't unreasonable. Loved our stay there!

Great river view

The property was beautiful, very clean, and well kept. The views of the river from the house were great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything is organized and labeled. We were very impressed by the amount of towels and wash cloths available. For a group of 10, it was a plus! We arrived very late at night with no porch light being on and the door would not open. We did contact the owner and he resolved the issue. There was a lot of rules to follow and it was a little stressful and caused some in our group to not relax. All of the recycling having to be washed out, separated and put in separate cans outside was a lot and we are still unsure if we did it correctly. It would be helpful for pictures to be posted on each can. We did vacuum and sweep before leaving for fear of losing the security deposit. The loose bricks on the walkway is very dangerous and need to be fixed. If you don’t want to watch every little thing and every person to make sure a rule is not broken so you don’t lose your deposit then you may want to stay elsewhere. If you want a large, comfortable, clean place with many activities to do at the house and in the area then I recommend staying. We did enjoy being on the river.

Stunning Property and View

This was a beautiful property. It worked very well for our extended family visit. The river was gorgeous and property was quiet and yet minutes from all types of activities. We played cornhole and visited outside for hours.

A Week at Riverview

Beautiful property with direct river access. Very secluded with large indoor and outdoor visiting areas for everyone to visit together or spread out. Daily visits from the doe and fawn, mink, eagles and crawfish.

Family trip

Came to Oregon for a family vacation. Property was very quiet and private. Plenty of room for everyone and great kitchen / dining area for meals / games. Location was great for day trips in any direction. Highly recommend.

Family reunion in Oregon

The house was very spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. The ground floor open floor plan made it easy for a large group to spend time together. Having 2 laundry rooms was a nice bonus for our family as many came from out of state and appreciated this 4 day stay as a timeout to catch up from travel. We enjoyed watching the wildlife, especially the unusual piebald deer. I was surprised by the location. It has an Oregon City address while being a 20-25 minutes drive east of OC on country roads, much closer to Estacada. And the listing really needs to reflect that the last 1/4-1/2 mile is a very steep and narrow (one lane) gravel drive shared with several neighbors. While the house is beautiful and well kept, the outside needs considerable attention. The lawn had been mowed, but the trees and shubbery and river access are extremely overgown, flower beds a complete shambles, the concrete patio overgrown with moss, the picnic tables old, discolored and splintery. The days we were there were very cool and rainy so we were mostly inside, but none of this lends itself to any photo ops. Overall we were happy with the accommodations but don't expect to host a lovely outdoor event here in it's current condition.
