Welcome to our coastal villa, sleeping up to eight guests, with an indoor pool, garden views, and easy access to the beach. We're set near Greenland Grove Animal Sanctuary, giving you the best of seaside charm and countryside quiet — perfect for families (and their pets!) to settle in.

Bedrooms: Two doubles, plus a third room with two singles (great for kids or friends), and a double sofa bed in the living area for extra flexibility.

Bathrooms: Main bathroom with shower over bath, plus an ensuite cloakroom.

Living Area: TV, a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings, the sofa bed for extra sleeping space, and your own private entrance to come and go as you please.

Kitchen: Hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker — plus a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a highchair for little ones.

Outdoor Space: Garden with countryside views and sea glimpses, patio and balcony for your morning coffee or evening drink, garden furniture, BBQ, indoor pool, and bike rental to explore the area.

Extras: Hangers, extra pillows and blankets, blackout shades, drying rack, workspace, books, board games, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Nearby: The Red Lion, Dukes Bistro, Kings Arms, and Mr Enzo Fish & Chips are all a minute's walk; Jaywick Martello Tower is about an hour on foot; Jaywick Sands and Brightlingsea beaches a little further still.

With the pool at your doorstep and the beach within reach, we'd love to host you and your four-legged friends by the Essex coast.
