“La camera disponibile non era quella prenotata e prepagata! Si sono profusi in mille scuse e proposto un rimborso della differenza. Dopo 3 giorni ci hanno spostato in una stanza, migliore ma ancora non corrispondente a quanto pagato. Al check-out, puntualmente restituita la differenza!”

“I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. “I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. “South Point Hotel was beautiful! We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was clean and neat. We had a garden view room. The gardens were gorgeous -filled with all types of plants and flowers.
