This Clarkdale location, in the hills of the Palisades division, gives you the feeling of living in the country while still being within the city. The house is situated near the top of a hill so the grounds have excellent views of Verde Valley and Mingus Mountain and is oriented such that you can experience privacy and a sense of wilderness.

The studio to be rented is contained within this home (ie. a shared living space with a common entry) includes everything you might need to live a comfortable lifestyle, such as:

Just lie in bed, or better yet, go outside and sit on the lawn or around the fire pit, relax, and take in the views, listen to the wind blow through the trees and hear the tweety-tweet-tweet of the hummingbirds at the feeders. And most nights you can hear the howls of the coyotes nearby. Sunrises and sunsets can be simply awesome here!
