House Rules

No large parties or events: Violation of this rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No Smoking- Home is strictly non-smoking. This includes all porches and patios attached to the home. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please smoke in the fire pit area and clean up any mess. Smoking inside the property will incur extra cleaning fees.
Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol at the property.
No pets unless previously agreed to in writing ($150 pet fee per pet). Pets must be fully house trained and must not be on furniture. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional $300 fee per pet.
Must respect quiet neighborhood setting.
Hot Tub for adult use 18+ only. Use at own risk. Hot tub must stay closed, and the cover must be locked when not in use for safety and to keep water at desired temp. No glass in or near the hot tub. If glass is found in hot tub, there could be a charge for draining and refilling.
Outdoor heaters MUST be turned off when not in use. If left on for an extended period, this could be a fire hazard.
Use amenities responsibly and treat home respectfully.
