The lodge is your expertly designed wooded retreat in Linwood Estates. This cozy lake house has been designed to meet all of your needs and make for a perfect escape from reality. The home features plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat if desired. The neighborhood boat ramp is only 1/2 mile from the home and is available for your use. After a day of recreating at the lake, return to the beautiful home to take advantage of the comfortable living spaces, Smart TV’s in every room, and an enchanting, star-lit fire pit area. For those seeking friendly competition, the Infinity Game Table provides endless games and amusement and is a big hit with guests.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully appointed with a guest’s comfort and needs in mind. For your convenience, there is a full bathroom located on both the first and second floor.

OUTDOORS:
Guests can take advantage of the nearby boat ramp, or just take a leisurely neighborhood walk down to the lake. Just a short drive away you will find Wax Marina for boat rentals, Buoy’s Bar and Grill, and pier fishing.
With Nolin River Lake nearby, outdoor enthusiasts can embark on swimming, hiking, fishing, and boating adventures, immersing themselves in the natural beauty of Nolin River Lake State Park. Mammoth Cave National Park is also ready for exploration and is only 30 minutes away.
At the end of the day, guests can relax and enjoy a fun game of corn hole, and/or make s’mores and wonderful memories at the outdoor fire pit. There is also a propane flat-top grill for preparing outdoor meals.

The Neighborhood:
Linwood Estates is a lovely, quiet, and private neighborhood. You will be uninterrupted for the duration of your stay to spend quality time with friends or family. Linwood estates does have its own boat ramp within the neighborhood. You are located 16 minutes from Wax marina and Bouys restaurant/bar. 55 minutes to Mammoth cave and very close to Nolin State Park!
Getting Around:
Plenty of Parking in front of the home, unfortunately it will be tough to get ride share services for the area. The best place to go get supplies is the Leitchfield Walmart located about 20 mins from the property. The address is 1801 E Elizabethtown Rd, Leitchfield, Ky,
