“The suite was the perfect location to attend our grandson's high school graduation held at Austin Peay University. The checkin was so simple after a day of flights feom the West Coast and the drive up from Nashville. All the directions and instructions were spot on! Communication was above and beyond!! When it was within the hour to checkout, a tornado warning alert came over our phones and the TV and then the torrential rain. Contacted the Owner and he called me! We stayed and extra 45 minutes...

“This property was perfect for our extended weekend stay in Clarksville. It is close to downtown and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable. The box fan was a nice extra to have. The water pressure in the shower is really strong and there was a good amount of hot water. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and it took a while to get warm water at the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Other than that everything was great!”

“This was a super clean property with little details like premium toilet paper that made our trip just that much less stressful! LOL. Great host, very responsive and very well stocked and furnished condo. We only had four guests, so if you're staying with six I would just make sure the host knows in advance since it's only two bedrooms and you may need extra bedding.”

“Other than the consistent smell of cigaretts, our stay was pleasant. The air was foul especially in the evenings when we wanted to relax.The furniture could use a good dusting. The bed and sofa are most comfortable.”

“Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.”

“very dated unit needing remodeling. Not like the pictures in ad. Stale odor. sticky floors.floors,old furniture. mildew on bathroom ceiling. overall poor”

“Easy to communicate with owner , beds were comfortable, son left his switch at the house and property manager was easy to get ahold of sent new code and was able to get back in after check out! Definitely would stay again”
