“Clean, remodeled room and friendly staff! The coffee and breakfast weren’t great, just okay.”

“The parking was a little bit of a walk but not bad.”

“Checked in room around 6pm. Left for dinner. Upon return the door would not unlock. Went to desk and told the gentleman. He made a new key card which didn't work (the lock was flashing red all this time indicating something the hotel should understand). He then came to the door and tried. Did not work. He calls his manager and then tells me it will be 8am in the morning before they can unlock the door. My clothes, laptop, and medications for an upcoming eye surgery are in the room. He gets his...

“Ripped me off. Not good.”

“This place is more like a motel standard, not a hotel. We had to walk around in the rain to get to the room only to find that the room is dingy looking and musty smelling. We went to the front desk and changed room to 2ns floor. Room was a little better. The bathroom door is not closing and the front door lock , did not lock from inside.”
