As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a comfy sofa and love seat with throw blankets, for extra warmth, while you watch your favorite shows on the big flat screen smart TV (complimentary NFL Ticket and Max).

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Our kitchen also includes a blender for smoothies and shakes, a rice maker, and a coffee station.

For families traveling with little ones, we've got you covered! Our townhouse comes with a baby pack and play crib, ensuring a comfortable and safe sleeping arrangement. Additionally, we provide a baby high chair, making mealtime hassle-free for parents and enjoyable for the whole family.

One of the highlights of our townhouse is the rec room, which offers a variety of board games for all ages to enjoy. Spend quality time with your family and friends playing classic Nintendo, relax and watch a movie, or compete in a card game.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a memory foam mattress, designed to provide a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom has an attached full bath and closet space. This townhouse was very close to Austin Peay State University, which made attending my college graduation extremely convenient for my family! My family stayed for three days, and the home was clean, cozy, and well stocked with plenty of amenities such as blankets, soaps, and towels. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of board games and card games available, which led to so much fun and quality family time together! The entire stay was wonderful, the host was easy to contact and responded quickly, and everything exceeded our expectations. Five stars, we would definitely stay here again for our family! Thank you Stephen for your hospitality and for making this VRBO such a fun and memorable place to stay during our time in Clarksville!

The property was clean and well maintained, but the bedding had to be rewashed to try and get rid of black hairs. Also there was no hot tub as advertised! When we asked about the hot tub we received no response??

Family visit in Clarksville

This is a beautiful and immaculately clean property. Communication and check in was a breeze. They have you covered with everything you need to feel at home. And all the extra touches they provide make you feel as though they have gone the extra mile to make your stay amazing. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Beautiful home away from home!

Such a beautiful home and spacious! The pros are being so close to everything and that it is practically brand new, everything was so immaculate and clean, great pillows, nice luxury towels, goodies were waiting for us, games. Cons - The couches were kinda small and not that comfortable. Mattress was pretty uncomfortable and small, but everyone has a personal preference so you cant please everyone, but I would definitely stay here again.

APSU orientation trip!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! The property was about 5 minutes away from APSU campus and downtown. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. We ate at the Blackhorse pub and got ice cream from Frozen Fuel. We will be visiting the area again soon and would definitely stay in this property again!

Beautiful home

Easy communication and thoughtful owners. I appreciated the personal touches, the cleanliness, and that they provided nice towels and toilet paper. (You laugh, but I usually bring my own bc most places only provide cheap). This actually felt like my house. Bed was incredible. Hope to stay here again next time.

Amazing place!!

Beautiful place to stay if you’re heading to Clarksville!! We came to town to visit family and this was the perfect accommodating spot for us and they even provided snacks. The place was super clean and Stephen was available for anything we needed which was absolutely nothing he provided us with what was needed and made it clear what needed to be done. Don’t hesitate book now if you’re thinking about it. We have found our new go to spot for when we head to Clarksville and as I stated the owner is super helpful and you will not be disappointed. This place deserves more than 5 stars!
