“The room could have been cleaner. It was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was fine. We are gold level Wyndham members and asked for late check out and were denied. We left a little bit after 11.”

“The receptionist took a $50 deposit from me for a room that was paid for already, and I could not even get a receipt for the $50 they wanted to lock up on my card. The room smelled and we had to call for someone to come and spray the roon. We sprayed Lysol and that did not help. We will never stay at this hotel again as we are very dissatisfied. You should allow a guest to get a receipt of payment regardless of how the room was booked. You have no problem taking the money so you should have no...

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs a remodel. Mold at the bottom of the shower door. Breakfast good for complementary meal but the omlet and chicken sausage was cold”

“Our room was “cleaned” before checkout. Staff had thrown out half of our belongings that were still in our room including prescription medications. Bathroom was not clean. Front desk staff did nothing to compensate for our belongings being thrown in the garbage. Why our room was cleaned before we had checked out doesn’t make any sense and to throw someone’s medication out is an obvious sign they had not checked out. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.”
