“I had no fridge or microwave in my room. Barely any of the channels worked on the TV.. And they charged me for checking in an hour early. I stay at Red roof inns all the time. Never been charged for checking in an hour early. Never had to put a deposit down. It was a very poor experience.”

“We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).”
