Welcome to our Clarksville home! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom is perfect for your next family getaway. Located in the heart of Clarksville, you're minutes away from some of the best restaurants and shops in town. Our 3-bedrooms, 2-bathroom home is 2000 sq ft and has four queen beds, two sofa sleepers, a full kitchen, remodeled game room, in-unit laundry, and spacious backyard for entertaining. After a busy day in downtown, come back and enjoy our unique game room equipped with pool table and games! If you prefer to be outside, rent our grill and/or enjoy the fire pit under the warm glow of our market lights with family and friends!

DISCLAIMER: This is one of two private units at the property. We have a separate rental with a separate entrance located upstairs. The yard is shared by all guests. The parking area is shared with 2 designated parking spots, plus 1 additional space along the street.

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and let us know if you have any questions
• Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
• This unit is pet friendly for up to two dogs. Please message us with the breed and size of each pet that will be staying with you and we will send you the amount due for the pet fee.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
• Upon booking, you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules. In the event any of our rules are violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued. Thank you!

Fantastic

House was perfect for our family as we were in town attending the Celebration of Life for my father. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and was the perfect location. It ended up being just down the street from the church and very convenient to restaurants and stores when needed. Would definitely recommend!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, very clean and well stocked kitchen and toilletries provided. Bonus was the basement playroom with pool table and games. The house is located on a very busy street. Daily traffic wasn’t too bad but when a Harley, diesel, or muscle car drives by it can interrupt your tv watching or phone call. The traffic sound was not bad in the bedrooms while sleeping, just in family room upfront. Bathrooms are on split levels. The bed in the first room was awful. Move an inch and the whole thing creaks, made it hard to have a good night’s sleep. As stated before, there is another rental on the third floor. They have a back door entrance, walking by the kitchen window that has no curtain. We could hear the people who stayed there, coughing and word for word conversations. Only thing that separates you are stairs and a door that doesn’t block the sound.

Birthday weekend

The house exceeded my expectations! We live 30 miles from Clarksville and this was a great location for us to have a kid free weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The house provided plenty of space and room so that friends could stay with us if they needed to after we hung out. I didn't notice that this was a two unit house. Not an issue for us but keep that in mind if you're planning to bring a pet or plan to spend time around the fire pit. You may want to verify that the property manager received your request for fire wood. I requested it and there was none on site. Check in instructions confused us because it said to press the geeen check in the bottom left corner of the keypad after entering your personal entry code. There is no green check. You must hit the # in the bottom right corner.
