Beautiful 61-square-meter vacation apartment for up to 4 people in Schulenberg in the Upper Harz region. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.
You can relax wonderfully in the sauna (infrared cabin) after a hike. The non-smoking apartment (smoking is permitted outdoors) is located in a multi-family home that is undergoing ongoing renovations and features a separate entrance. The two-room apartment is in a quiet location and is comfortably furnished. It features a combined living/dining area as well as a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The living room features a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm when unfolded). A fireplace-style fan heater adds to the cozy atmosphere. To warm up on cold days, you can use the apartment’s own infrared sauna. Many beautiful hiking trails, the Racepark, the Skialpinum, and the Okerstausee lake—which offers water sports—are all within walking distance. Schulenberg is a neighborhood of the lively university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options. The World Heritage city of Goslar, with its many attractions, is also nearby. Altenau is home to Germany’s largest observation tower. Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. Schulenberg is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, we must also collect and remit an additional guest fee of €3 per adult (children ages 6–17: €1.65) per person per night. We will send you the guest cards via email.
