“I was given a ground floor room. When I checked the room there was no safety bar in the window. The area outside was very hidden and easy for someone to access the room with no safety bar. There was no heat. I froze all night. The smoke alarm was hanging from the wall. The ceiling light fixture in the bathroom didn't have a cover over the shower and there were exposed electrical wires.
