    At Black Bear Landing, enjoy sweeping views of the 10th tee and fairway, with the Stuart Mountains beyond. This refined 3BR, 2.5BA retreat features a main floor king suite with ensuite bath, vaulted ceilings, a grand stone fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen. A cozy loft-lounge and covered patio with fireplace make it ideal for sunrise coffee and sunset views. Walk to the Rental Pavilion, Glade Spring Spa, Prospector Golf Course, and Suncadia Social for dining, music, and family fun.



    The Space:

    At Black Bear Landing, the open main level flows effortlessly from the great room into the dining area and chef’s kitchen, creating a natural gathering space for shared meals, movie nights, or quiet mornings by the stone fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and large windows frame the 10th fairway and the Stuart Mountains, letting natural light and views carry through the entire floor. The chef-worthy kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, a spacious island with bar seating, and a dining table for six, making it easy to entertain or enjoy a relaxed family breakfast.



    Sliding glass doors open to the covered patio with lounge seating, a dining table, and an outdoor fireplace—perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or lingering after dinner. Adjacent to the fairway and surrounded by pines, the patio feels both private and connected to the resort.

    Upstairs, the loft lounge offers a relaxed second living area with a card or poker table, plush reclining sofa, and Smart TV, giving guests a cozy nook for games, reading, or winding down.



    When it’s time to rest, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms designed for comfort: two with king beds and one with a queen.     The Neighborhood:

    Black Bear Landing is located within Suncadia Resort which is known for its beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Two golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



    Getting Around:

    A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

    Non-refundable Credit Card Processing Fee: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% credit card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.



    This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information.

    SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

    * Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, and more.

    * Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn

    * The Glade Spring Spa

    * Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)

    * Equipment rentals (e-bikes, bikes, scooters, paddleboards, etc)



    Restrictions include:

    * Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which are reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.

    * Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
