We had a wonderful winter weekend getaway here and would absolutely return! The easy access to the lake was a big highlight, in addition to other nearby trails. The cabin was so charming and relaxing. Loved our visit!

What a wonderful place to stay. We have been to the Cle Elum/Roslyn/Ronald area several times and this is my favorite. I absolutely love the location and the home is gorgeous. Dawn is the best host.

Absolutely perfect!

What an amazing property. Location, cleanliness, hospitality, beauty. Can’t be beat. We had a family reunion and needed extra space for my in-laws and their friends, they adored this place! The gift basket and amazing wine was an incredible touch. We know the neighborhood and location well and it can’t be beat no matter the season. Access to Speeyli beach (it’ll take you less than a minute to walk there), suncadia trails, snowmobile / hiking trails, and Roslyn. Can’t beat waking up to the sunshine and pines in Ronald! You won’t regret staying here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with our family.

Very nice cabin in the woods.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as advertised. Very nicely decorated and very well equipped. Dawn was great throughout the whole process, check in through departure. Great location. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Exceptional!

The cabin is the perfect location and has all the essentials needed, plus some. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived with a lovely welcome card and bottle of wine. Our long weekend getaway was with our boys, 6 & 9 and they loved it. The cabin was cozy, clean and comfortable. Quick walk to the lake to play in the snow. Dawn made this booking easy and had great communication around our stay. We didn’t want to leave. We’ll be back!

Fabulous Lake Cle Elum Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a perfect retreat. Beds are cozy comfy. Space was clean and well appointed. Owners are so friendly, thoughtful, kind and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic Cabin, Outstanding host

We loved our stay and Dawn was an outstanding host. The cabin is beautifully appointed, lovingly maintained, and a very short walk (5 minutes) to Cle Elum Lake. The cabin is stocked with all the essentials, and Dawn provides great suggestions for local shopping, dining, hiking, and other outdoor experiences. Crow Creek Fly Fishing provided a wonderful intro to fly fishing for my husband and teen daughter.

Clean and spacious.

Everything that my family of 4 needed. Easy walk to the lake. Clean, comfortable, open floor plan. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet location with easy access to cross country skiing (we were there in Feb) and to Roslyn.

Outstanding vacation!

This vacation home was perfect for our family (2 adults and 4 yrs old and 7yrs old)! Super close (walking) to the beach and short drive to cute town roslyn. The recommendations left in the guest book were informative and lead us to unique experience that we wouldn’t have explored otherwise (cooper lake and other hikes). There was also coffee, creamer and wine all ready for when we got there- an awesome added bonus! We will definitely come back. Dawn was very communicative and also reached out after our stay with some items we left behind (eek!).

Beautiful little place!

Perfect size with plenty of room and awesome hosts! Beds were comfy and had a lot of pillows. Great kitchen, Hugh ceilings, and short walk to the beach. Loved it!

Perfect weekend getaway for all seasons!

If we could rate this place ten stars, we would! Amazing hosts with incredible attention to detail to make you feel like you’re at a four star resort with lovely and unexpected amenities like plenty of coffee/creamer, basket of snack goodies and even wine and cookie dough that our son was so excited to bake! Such a lovely home in a great location right by the lake, close to Suncadia and only a short 40 minute drive to Snoqualmie Pass for snow skiing! A hidden gem and will definitely be back!! Thank you Dawn and Curt!

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

The cabin and area were gorgeous, and a perfect winter getaway. The house was beautiful, and the location near the lake was just perfect. Dawn and Kurt were incredibly gracious hosts who made sure our family had everything we needed. Easily the best rental experience we have ever had.

Lovely cozy cabin!

We had a great stay at Dawn and Kurt’s property at Lake Cle Elum! The cabin had beautiful windows, was well stocked with everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach. We also went paddleboarding at Lake Cooper, which was gorgeous!

Great cabin by a stunning lake!

We loved our stay at the cabin. It's a beautiful, open space and we loved sitting out on the deck over dinner. The location is perfect -- surrounded by mountains and a 3 minute walk to the lake. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Very accommodating location

We thought this was a great location for our needs. Our youngest son is stationed in Everett and we flew in from Texas for a visit. As we love the mountains and hill country we opted not to stay in Seattle. A quick 90 minute drive from the airport and we were at our mountain location located a block or so from the lake-a picturesque scene. It was an easy drive to the nearby quaint towns for dining, etc. Plenty of lakes, rivers and mountains all around. The accommodations were very pleasant and quite comfortable for up to four tenants. The only challenge at times was the wifi. The host were very nice and reside on site in their own home. If we head to that area again we would stay here again. Thank you Kurt & Dawn!

Fabulous Guest Cabin and Hosts!!!

This cabin is everything that is said and more! It is beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our week long stay. You will not find a more stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a selection of snacks and a couple of tasty bottles of wines. The beds were very comfy....we slept well. The location is beautiful! We hiked every day and the best hikes are straight out of the cabin door. The beach is also picturesque. We had all four seasons in our week in April. It was fantastic. My son was thrilled with the snowfall and the snow globe effect from inside the cabin was lovely. The hosts Dawn and Kurt really are super hosts. They were super accommodating, even when there was a big snowstorm on our checkout day and we had to stay an extra few hours! Communication all week was very responsive and so easy. All the information provided about things to do, different hikes, etc. was very helpful. We will be back for sure! Thank you for opening your cabin to us!

Perfect getaway

The Lake Cabin Road cabin was a perfect getaway from the city. Far enough away, but close enough to drive to to relax. The home was very clean, and we were able to just stay in and relax most of the weekend. We even took a mini hike right outside their driveway. Dawn had provided extra amenities from the coffee/creamer, to the wine bottles, to the snacks. It didn't feel just like a vacation rental, I felt like true guest. Communication was very easy, via email and text. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would like to try the cabin again in the summer/fall. Thank you!

Wonderful delux cabin

The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. Our hosts were available and accommodating, bending over backwards to make our stay the best possible. During an unexpected power outage they made sure we were warm and comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay.
