This private oasis is located on a forested 2.5 acre lot allowing for unfettered peace and privacy. This home is perfect for those seeking outdoor adventure. Situated less than a mile from Speelyi beach and on the doorstep of hundreds of miles of off road and snowmobile trails. Double O Ranch has ample parking so feel free to bring all your toys, trailers, and RVs.

One of the best
This property and house was one of the best we’ve stayed at coming to this area for over ten years now. Great location and close to everything. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. My only very small criticism would be no lawn, because I think it would make this house perfect, but we made it work. Even having said that, this house is a 10/10 and we hope maybe we can come back one day. Thank you!

Great weekend getaway
Our group of 12 had a fantastic time at the Double O Ranch! The house has a great layout for our group of adults and young adult teens, providing ample spaces for us to gather, play games and relax. Roslyn is only a few minutes away by car and Roslyn Grocery impressed us with its inventory! We would happily return to the Ranch in a heartbeat. Joel was highly responsive and made things so easy for us. A five star experience for us!

Great place
We really enjoyed staying at the Double O! Large living room and kitchen space for all of us to hang out in and garage gaming space is really great. The house allows for privacy, if you need a break or to work. Loved the yard and it even snowed, so much fun! Would highly recommend staying here!
