The house was clean, and the early check-in was a big plus. The host was very responsive—when we requested help with the hot tub on a Saturday, someone arrived within 30 minutes and handled it professionally.

A total of 9 guys spent 3 nights here for a men’s group getaway. House perfectly accommodated our group for serious conversations, great meals and fun times in the garage play area. Central location was great base to get to golf and our annual visit to the Brick Tavern. Several guys also took advantage of the proximity to trails for their morning runs. House was clean, had great appliances and layout for everyone in our group to be comfortable. Great option to consider if you’re planning a Suncadia getaway.

Pleased

It was in a great location next to the park for the kids. The house was great, and the game room for the kids to play was awesome. The weather was still a little cold for outside hanging by the fire, but it could have been great as well. I would stay again if I’m in the area.

Perfect for our winter family reunion

Derek's property was perfect for our winter family reunion. We had two generations with kids ranging in age from 1 up to 16 years old. Needless to say, the game room and bunk rooms were a huge hit. We also enjoyed the large well-stocked kitchen for communal meals as well as the hottub. We were there in February and were able to enjoy sledding and ice skating at Suncadia, as well as a fun trip up to Snoqualmie Pass for first-time ski lessons for the kids. We had a great experience with the service was great. All of our questions were addressed extremely promptly. We will definitely be booking this vacation rental again.

Fantastic House for Group

Our group of ladies are adults ranging in our 20’s to 50’s. This house comfortably fit all 18 of us very comfortably. We had plenty of room to gather together to visit and have meals but also a lot of spaces to retreat away to if you needed some quiet time. Highly recommend.

Great home for a big group!

We had 16 people staying here (8 adults and 8 kids) and it worked great for us all! The outdoor fire pit with overhead heaters is amazing for coffee in the morning to evening drinks. A beautiful home!

Family Reunion Fun

This home is beautiful! The game room was a huge bonus for our 4 teens and 7 twenty-somethings. The backyard is so peaceful. We appreciated the extra tables and chairs in the garage and our large group was able to eat outside each evening and be together. Great amenities in the kitchen. Only complaint was that the upstairs bunk room got very warm at night. The communication with property manager was almost instantaneous. Everything was as expected. Our group also loved the amenities in the area and played tennis, volleyball, and pickleball several times. The area is so beautiful and we enjoyed the quiet. Great place to meet and be with family!

Beautiful house but a drive!

This house is really spectacular and is clearly brand new but one thing to note is it’s pretty far from the freeway so it’s not super easy or quick to get off the Suncadia property. It could also use some blinds on the bunk room windows, and darker blinds on the bedrooms (it’s hard to get kids to bed at a decent hour in the summer with sun blaring through the windows). The game room was a major hit!!
