In un quartiere tranquillo ma ancora nel cuore dell'azione. Situato vicino a Walmart e Safeway (15 minuti in auto)
    Ci sono 2 letti matrimoniali (materassi nuovi) e un letto a castello (full size in fondo e full size in alto) per assicurarsi che tutti siano a proprio agio durante la notte. Quartiere sicuro e percorribile.

    La cucina è dotata di fornelli elettrici, frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, mini forno e tutti gli utensili da cucina (piatti, posate, pentole, padelle, stoviglie, bicchieri, ecc.) Di cui avrete bisogno.
    La nostra casa vacanza è protetta da serrature elettroniche. In altre parole, NESSUNA CHIAVE NESSUNA HASSLE! Prima del tuo soggiorno ti inviamo semplicemente un codice univoco che funziona solo per la tua prenotazione. Il check-in tardivo non è un problema!

Amazing view! The lake smelled during the heat of the day but coffee on the deck in the morning was fantastic. The property is nice and house is clean. Only knock is things are a little older and dated inside the house.

Great View!!

House was just as advertised and had an incredible view of Clear Lake. A lot of steps to get down to the dock so watch your step and exercise caution. Overall great experience.

Cozy overlook

I loved this spot, right near the water and has a wonderful lookout point. Just be ready for leg day because the stairs after a few trips are no joke. The house was clean and was well maintained. Thank you for allowing pets.

Great place to bring your boat

Fantastic house with very large family/living room. First night we were there the neighbors had a wild drunken party. But once we went inside we couldn’t a thing. Will definitely consider this house for our next trip!

The deck is outstanding - we spent pretty much every moment, from morning coffee to evening cocktails, there. Super great communication with Martine, well-equipped kitchen, and all slept well. Didn't kayak (tho they were there and ready for us), but some of us went swimming and really enjoyed that. Well-appointed home, very comfortable and fun. Thank you, Martine

On the lake

Once we arrived, we understood why Martine recommended not using the driveway, it’s steep. The home has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck was nice for enjoying lake views, and having a dock was a bonus. One thing that would be nice is having access to an outdoor electrical plug to recharge our electric vehicle. Overall nice comfortable stay.

Stunning view !

Enjoyed this view the whole 2 days, Even had sunshine in September !!! It was time to do laundry on our trip so washer and dryer was a plus. Only thing we suggested to the host was installation of a railing going downstairs to laundry room.

The view is amazing. The road to get there is confusing and very windy and narrow. There is very little in the kitchen so bring everything you need. There is a coffee maker with filters and literally salt and ice. Period.Steep driveway steep stairs. Only one bathroom. Comfy beds

Just what we wanted…a place to relax with a lake view. The deck is as described…perfect views of the lake, sunrise and the moon. There is no way off of it, so it was great for the dog as well. The sitting arrangements of sofas is also great…can be together but doing separate things- two people worked a puzzle while the other two watched a movie. Kitchen is sparse, and absolutely nothing other than salt and pepper, so plan on getting spices, cooking oils, aluminum foil, etc. There is a Safeway very near. The access to the lake is challenging for swimming, but great for kayaking! We didn’t have young children, but I think it would be very difficult for them.

Relaxing stay with beautiful lake views!

Our family had a wonderful stay, Martine was communicative and the house is just as pictured...the lake view was lovely! Be prepared for some sharp twists and turns the last few minutes of the drive!

Calming Beauty

The house is modern and the view is amazing. We kayaked on the lake, fished off the house’s private dock, and relaxed on the deck and under the house’s gazebo by the lake.

Cleanest property ever!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house with beautiful views. Felt very safe on the deck and throughout the house with our 1 year old and 3 year old. By far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in.
