Spaziosa casa sul lungomare A-frame con vista sull'acqua e sulle colline circostanti dall'interno o da un ampio ponte. 10 posti letto: House ha un soppalco (letto king size) con divano, TV a parete e aria condizionata a parete. Unità opzionale (a pagamento) 4 posti letto, ha il suo mazzo, bagno e cucina con frigorifero completo.

Il piano principale della grande casa ha due camere da letto (re e regina), bagno completo e una grande sala aperta che combina cucina, zona pranzo e soggiorno con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto per ammirare il panorama. Vi è un ampio soppalco con TV e letto king size. Il camino a legna e il riscaldamento a parete a propano lo rendono accogliente nei mesi invernali.

Il seminterrato al piano terra ha una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale), un servizio lavanderia in una stanza separata e un bagno con doccia. Forniamo anche un AirBed (doppio) come opzione aggiuntiva per aggiungere su traverse.

Offriamo la possibilità di affittare la piccola unità aggiuntiva A Frame in collaborazione con la casa principale per ulteriori $ 100 a notte. Può ospitare 4 persone in più, ha la propria cucina, bagno TV e terrazza. Affittiamo questa unità solo come parte di un affitto di due case. Non li affittiamo separatamente nelle stesse date. La casetta può ospitare 4 persone. Vedi le foto e le descrizioni delle camere per ulteriori informazioni. C'è una rampa della barca con accesso all'acqua ma nessun molo. C'è una boa nell'acqua di fronte alla casa per l'ormeggio, così come una singola palizzata per legare. Consigliamo di portare la barca sul rimorchio sulla rampa della barca la sera.

Questa casa vacanza è stata molto amata per molti anni come luogo di ritrovo familiare sia durante i mesi invernali che estivi. È il posto perfetto per portare la tua famiglia a riposare, rilassarsi, nuotare e guardare gli uccelli acquatici, tramonti spettacolari e albe o semplicemente sedersi sul grande prato per prendere tutto! Ottima mountain bike e passeggiate panoramiche proprio fuori dalla porta sul retro. Numerose eccellenti cantine si trovano intorno al lago e al massimo a 30 minuti in auto.

Family Vacation

The property is beautiful. Our family had an amazing time here, especially the guys with their fishing endeavors. Only thing is, i wish the gas grill worked for us, we had to opted out of bbqing and think of a 2nd option to cook our meats. Overall, we had a fantastic time. Will love to stay again in the near future.

Peaceful property and excellent communication

Second stay at Jim’s place and the family enjoyed it. Weather wasn’t the best but the kids still had a good time with the size of the main house and hot tub. Jim kept in touch with me and had the place ready with less than 48hr noticed of booking. We will book again later this year.

Beautiful views

The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities. The layout was perfect, plenty of space to hangout and sleep. The hot tub and lake was so relaxing and refreshing. We would definitely come again.

Home away from home

The entire time we were here, we kept feeling like we were not so much at a rental as much as at someone’s beloved home. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in the house was clearly very cared for and in perfect condition. Jim was highly communicative and had written up clear instructions on everything in the house so our stay felt hiccup-free. We especially appreciated his flexibility to our requests. A few things that might be worth thinking about depending on your party’s size - the loft bedroom does not have a door (but felt reasonably private because of the stairs required to get up there), and access to the dorm room and basement bathroom requires passing through the main basement bedroom. Was not an issue for us, but might be something to consider when planning room assignments for a large family. Highly recommended!

Relaxing weekend away

Our family stayed at the twin peaks, renting both units. The setting was tranquil and the best place we have stayed in Lake County. This place is a true get away and well stocked with kitchen cookware. There is ample room and beds for a group. We stayed during some cold and wet weather and there was plenty of heat sources to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A+ Frame

The home was clean and fit our family of 7 needing 5 bedrooms and there was space for more. Everything was labeled so there was no guess work and the owner checked in, making sure we were comfortable. Our family rents a home every Christmas and my 83 year old Dad and my son’s girlfriend said this was their favorite stay. We all enjoyed ourselves and I loved being able to see the birds, ducks and an otter( I think) right below the property. I recommend this stay and you’ll have relaxation with privacy.

Awesome views and spacious

Jim was in constant communication the whole time during our stay. Everything was as described and both house was clean. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies to cook a few meals at a time. The heaters works well and was used as it was cold both nights. The private boat ramp was awesome and accommodating for my boat and kayak. The location produced big catfish for all the kids to catch and release. The views from the top porch was beautiful and peaceful at night. Both neighbors were not there during our stay and the property felt secluded and peaceful. We will rent both houses again in the near future.

Awesome Home with Great Views

The property is clean and spacious. It is in a pretty isolated area and our stay was relaxing and quiet. The house has everything you need (towels, fully equipped kitchen and is kid friendly). Jim is a great host and I would book again!

Amazing host amazing view beautiful home

I will start off by saying we had the pleasure of having a great host Jim. He communicated very well was very polite and honestly just a super host. He was one call or text away from any question we may have had and we appreciated that more then ever. We rented the big home and the little one and they were both very clean and cozy. But let me tell you the view we had was amazzzing! We had a great time, relaxed in the hot tub with the view of a million dollars. We hope to be back here at Jim’s beautiful property for some fishing! Thank you for being an amazing host and allowing us to rent your homes!

Great property with a launch ramp.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing! The launch ramp was easy to access with our 18’ boat. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Off the beaten path

Very nice stay. All the amenities that we needed were there and we really didn’t need anything. The drive down to the property was a little difficult and I would not imagine trying to drive when it’s wet. Parts of the road have deteriorated from water runoff. None of this is a reflection on the quality of the property. This is a getaway type of property. It was not on the main road and very secluded. Every part of the house was usable and serve the purpose for our large group. We had 7 adults and 7 children and used both houses. We felt very safe and it felt like we were Glamping. High marks for kitchen. Probably my only issue was there were a lot of bugs at night to the point that you couldn’t even stay outside after dark on the main deck. Second is every night some type of rodent would get on the tables and leave behind tons of droppings.

Fishing trip

Amazing Views

This property is newly remodeled and is amazing for family and friends. We were there for the off season and this may be why there were more spider webs than usual. Other than that, the view is gorgeous, the remodel made this vacation home amazing, and the house layout is perfect for entertainment.

Beautiful lakefront home

We had a wonderful stay at Jim’s house! It was perfect for our group and even had a crib for our baby. The view is beautiful and the hot tub was a treat- it was clean and hot! The layout of the house was great and the kitchen was well stocked. There’s not much to do directly around this area, but that’s why we chose it. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed their dogs roaming around the yard and playing with our toddlers! This is a perfect place if you’re looking to do nothing and enjoy each others company!

Lovely lake getaway with lots to enjoy

Twin Peaks is a lovely place for a peaceful retreat. The house was spacious and well equipped for our group of adults and baby. Even though the weather did not cooperate on our trip, we enjoyed staying inside the home. The wood burning stove made it very cozy and we had fun using the bellows. Jim gave us very detailed instructions on how to use the many amenities of the house. There is a lot to enjoy at this house!
