“I think its a matter of you get what you pay for. I was put off by all the signs everywhere trying to rein in guest behavior. The pool and gym were not open and appeared to be in poor condition. I didnt like the remote front desk. The audio was terrible. The only working ice machine was on the 6th floor, which apparently wasnt even used as it wasnt air conditioned. “There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out.
