“We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, very close, 3 min, to downtown Clermont. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a fun stay. The host is very responsive and the check-in and out process was super easy! Its about 35min west of Orlando, an easy trip over if you want or need to go, but we preferred downtown Clermont and recommend Pepe's Cantina for yummy Mexican and Suncreek Brewery. ”

“We came to Clermont for a pre-season college softball tournament. In past seasons, we stayed in Hotels but were never in the hotel but to sleep. This year we stayed at this cozy studio and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and had new furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the unit has a private entry. It is centrally located to everything. The owner had great communication with us. We would definitely stay again!”

“The room was clean. The host was responsive to the TV issues and responded in kind. The host also adjusted the thermostat so I stayed nice and cool. The mattress leaves a bit to be desired and the guest couch is a bit firm. The directions to the site could be a little more clear. All in all it is conveniently located between Clermont and groveland with a quick connection to the fl turnpike ”

“I would never recommend this property to anyone, our trip was ruined because we only stayed 15 minutes, couldn't lay on the bed due to the odor. Very small and the property was not well maintained. This swamp front rental is perfect if you don't want to be able to enjoy yourself. ”

“Pain in the neck. Entire experience was aggravating. Water was turned off in the middle of the last night. No spare roll of toilet tissue, which was not a problem since we had no water the last day. Tiny room reminiscence of a small cruise cabin. No TV. ”
