  • Dai un'occhiata a questa splendida casa con 3 camere da letto situata nel complesso principale dello Swiss Waterski Resort a Clermont, FL.  Guarda i golfisti nel tuo cortile o registrati per un round!  Prenota un set per sci d'acqua con uno dei laghi privati per lo sci in loco.  Prendi un set di tennis nei campi della comunità.  Fai un giro in bicicletta con le 4 bici fornite o passeggia e goditi la natura rigogliosa del resort.  Solo un breve tragitto in auto è l'NTC per i triatleti e il Lake County Rowing Association Club per i rematori e i kayakisti.

    Questa casa a un piano ha un lanai attaccato per happy hour tranquilli o il caffè del mattino e si affaccia su una piscina privata infinita e spa per il vostro divertimento. La spa (solo) può essere riscaldata a un costo aggiuntivo. Entrambe le camere King e Queen hanno i loro bagni privati annessi!

    La cucina completamente attrezzata ha un bar per la colazione per tre.  Appena fuori dalla cucina c'è un tavolo da pranzo formale che può ospitare 6 persone.

    L'ampia zona giorno offre comodi posti a sedere e una TV a schermo piatto.

    C'è una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice nel garage privato adiacente che può tenere la macchina fuori dal sole.

    Assicurati di fare il tour virtuale andando su Youtube e digitando "Sue Shields Good Vibes @ Swiss".!

    Se interessati, programmate un set da sci con uno degli allestitori di sci nautico in loco - MC Skis o Swiss Ski School!

Very nice!!

Villa was very clean and well maintained. Kids had so much fun in the pool and backyard is fairly private. Definitely stay again!

Great Location

This was a great place for our vacation. We were looking for something close to Orlando, but a bit off the beaten path. This place is quiet and private. We weren't here for the water skiing or golf, but this was still a great place to relax!

Wonderful vacation home

The home was incredibly clean, and the pool is huge! The house is very open with lots of nice big windows, and very spacious. Location is great, and neighborhood is very quiet.

Destination wedding

We were in Clermont attending a wedding. The house and location were perfect for our needs. I wish we had the time to enjoy the amenities such as the covered patio and pool.

Beautiful property, very quiet and serene. We were just there to visit family but seems very convenient to all the parks, entertainment. Close to main highways and restaurants, stores, etc. Owner was very responsive and kind, even offering to bring me medicine and food after a bout with food poisoning. Highly recommend! Great Find!

This was a very clean, comfortable, & nicely appointed home. We spent a lot of time in/around the amazing pool and loved every minute. Working with property manager Sue Shields was a breeze. Great communication from the time we booked the reservation all the way through to check in! We would definitely reserve this property again in the future!

Beautiful Home,

The house was perfect for our visit to Florida for our niece's wedding. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were not planning to visit Disney but since it was just a short 30 minute drive we decided to go on Sunday just for the day. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. Swiss House Good Vibes

This house was amazing. Exceptionally clean, fully stocked. There was nothing we lacked. There are cute soaps wrapped with their home of Good Vibes. Adorable! Plenty of beach towels for the pool. Plenty of loungers. Pool was beautiful. Blue skies, palm trees and a pool. What more do you need!! Beds and linens were very comfortable. Sue was very easy to work with and made sure we didn't need a thing. I would highly recommend this house. Highway 50 has plenty of restaurants and do does 27. Great area. We hope to return again some day.

Amazing!!

I literally can’t say enough great things about this property and sue, she was the best! Me and my family enjoyed every moment of our first Florida vacation. The pool and jacuzzi we’re everything and more, spent every evening in them and kids swam so much they were prunes. Pictures don’t do this house justice, it’s beautiful inside and out. House has literally everything you could ever need or want . We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Stay!

I just have to say...believe all the reviews. House is stocked with everything you need! Sue had stuff not every rental has. There's pumps for pool toys in the garage. The grill is a plug in pellet grill (cooks very differently than propane so cook with lower heat and for less time); make sure to let it cool down before completely shutting it down. House was one of the cleanest we ever rented. Bare feet test was stellar; no dirt or grime on the bottom of our feet from the tile. Pool & spa were great! Spa got plenty hot and the pool is huge and comfortable. Inside is newly updated/decorated/furnished. The Master bed has a mattress made from the heavens; my wife and I are buying one very soon. Places we went: short drive to Publix; downtown Claremont is fun and about 8 min away (farmers market is one of the best); Presidents Hall of Fame museum was weird/creepy but fun for the kids; Legoland is 70-80 minutes away; and plenty of places to eat in Groveland and Claremont. Backyard is big and beautiful. Well done, Sue! You've earned these reviews! Great customer service. Thanks!

Couples retreat

We stayed here with another couple to escape the Minnesota cold. It was awesome! Amazing place you can just soak in the sun and enjoy the pool & hot tub. Great management and clean... highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this vacation rental home! It was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable, and so very accommodating!! The only thing we had to bring was food and family! Beautiful home, centrally located, perfect!

This was one of the nicer homes we have stayed at through VRBO. The kitchen was fully labeled so you weren't looking for hours for something you may need to cook with, the bathrooms were well maintained and the the pool area and screened in sunroom were beautiful. We took our almost 2 year old and there were no fragile items out or sharp furniture which was great, and they had plenty of television choices to keep my son and 8 year old niece occupied when needed. The house temperature remained cool and the pool water was so very warm but refreshing! We saw some cool birds every morning and little frogs in the evening - the outdoor life was very unique. Overall it was a wonderful house to stay at and would stay at again. Some items that the host may not have known were there and I have made her aware to help update their listing! Thanks again Sue!

Best relaxing stay

Loved our stay here. Everything was easy to figure out and Sue was in close contact if we had any questions. The pool was amazing and pretty secluded. Close to eating and shops but still away from it all. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sue!

Bikefest 2021

Sue was awesome, as well as the property! If we could give it 10 stars we would. It was as nice and organized as anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Can’t wait to book it for next year! Extremely happy. I can’t say enough about this rental.
