The Lakeview House - Pet friendly tiny home on the lake in Clermont

Experience tiny home living for yourself in this beautiful home on the shores of Lake Minnehaha.This cozy house has all the amenities of home in a comfortable and compact design.

The space
Our homes are in a beautiful setting on the lake with many activities to enjoy! Take a nature walk around the lake. Bring your fishing poles and try your luck at the end of the dock. Get some exercise with one of our stand up paddle boards or kayaks. You can even rent a boat onsite or bring your own for an additional fee.

The home is a tiny home at just 399 sq. ft. but comfortably laid out with space for a family of 5.

-Microwave
-Refrigerator/Freezer
-Dish Washer
-Washer/Dryer
-Cookware Essentials
- Utensils
-Keurig Coffee Maker
-Toaster

THE BATHROOM is stocked with comfy towels for your use. Also provided in the shower is a shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo.

THE BEDROOM has a queen size bed with closet, dresser and TV. All linens provided.

THE LOFT is accessible by stairs with a railing, no ladder. It has 2 twin mattresses with enough space left to play! It doesn not have full height ceilings. All linens provided.

THE LIVING ROOM also has sleeping space in the form of a sleeper sofa. This is not a pullout and is only recommended for a small child. TV and fireplace.

THE DECK is perfect for reading a book during the day, just taking in the beautiful lake view or for relaxing by the gas fire pit at night!

House is fully electric with AC for those hot summer days and heat for chilly winter mornings. Ceiling Fan in livingroom and bedroom.

No Smoking of any kind indoors, this includes vaping.


Dogs are welcome up to 35 lbs. Sorry no cats.

Enjoyable relaxing stay

A beautiful lake view tiny home. . I enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch and watching the boats on the lake. The house was immaculate and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. The bathroom was spacious. The property had swings and hammocks for guests to use. Contact with the host and check in was an easy process. I hope to return for a longer stay next time.

Modern tiny home with amazing Lakeview

Our stay was great. Tiny home was modern, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This home is on the lake as advertised with a beautiful view. It is steps away from the marina and their personal island. We rented a boat slip and the process was so easy and convenient the ramp is right on the property as well. Overall great stay and we look forward to our next trip!

Perfect !

We stayed here while celebrating Christmas with family in Clermont. It was perfect right down to a Christmas tree in the house! The entire community was decorated it was lovely. The host is very responsive. The main room bed/ pillows , linens and towels were high quality and the main bed is very comfortable. Our only comment ( which we told the host) is our kids ( 19 & 21) felt the loft meds were uncomfortable. They were bare mattresses on the floor. I told the host and I am sure by now this has been remedied with toppers and mattress pads ( I would ask if this is a concern). Otherwise everything was perfect. The view is exactly as pictured, the kitchen well appointed and appeared to have everything. We didn’t cook. The coffee maker is a keurig and a set of pods is left by the host to get you started. Also the washer dryer was great to have as well. We would definitely all stay again. Thank you !

2 very cold nights

The heat was on some sort of hold and the 1st 2 nights we didn't have heat. Because it was the weekend they couldn't fix it until the weekend. The manager and regional manager said they would compensate us, but we checked out they said I had to say yes immediately, hence no compensation, what a rip off!

Last min trip

We stayed here while playing in a baseball tournament at Disney. The house was clean and had an updated feel inside. Nice linens, fluffy towels and a cute little porch with a lake view for evening cocktails. It was just enough room for my teenage son to sleep upstairs and have our small pup with us too. It is almost an hour from Disney.

Lakefront, comfort, clean, convenience - all in one "Tiny" house!

This tiny house is just what we needed for a quick lakefront get away for my wife and I and our small dog. Based on it's location, you get the best of both worlds - that feeling of being "away at the lake" and also being very convenient to all of the eateries and other recreational opportunities available in Clermont area. The tiny house was plenty roomy and comfortable with a beautiful porch/deck with fire table lakeside. Access to free kayaks was a plus! All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Beautiful view

This gorgeous tiny home was the perfect getaway with a beautiful view of Cypress Cove and Lake Minnehaha. We loved the comfy spaces. Our favorite features were the gas fire place in the living room and on the balcony. We enjoyed the kayaks and the swings, benches, and hammocks on the island across from the marina. The property manager was very accommodating and helpful when we used the kayaks.
