“Pool was not heated , but the description said it was. A heated pool was our deciding factor to select the location so that was very disappointing. The room was smaller than most hotel rooms which was also a surprise as the pictures made it seem much larger. Sound carried very well from people upstairs so at 7:30am there was no chance of sleeping in. It wasn’t a bad stay but definitely wasn’t what we had planned for. ”

“There were greasy dishes/mainly the plates in the cupboard, we had to wash before using, I saw a couple roaches, the neighborhood was sketch, the police were called early one morning for what looked like a domestic dispute, and one of the pictures advertised shampoo/conditioner so we did not bring our own … soap was provided but not shampoo/conditioner as the picture showed. “Easy access/ clean/ bed was so cozy/ coffee was a nice/ there was no house number or mailbox to indicate I was at the correct house. ”

“Self check in was seamless and I loved that they had a garage with an EV charger inside. The inside was very nice and looked new. It was a comfortable place to stay. There is noise from the freight train terminal nearby … both during the day and late into the night. This wasn’t an issue for us as we are heavy sleepers but mentioning it here for the benefit of others. You can walk to downtown in 15-20 mins. All of Chattanooga is within minutes via car.
