“The room was great, and had a huge bathroom, but very little closet space. We were there for a week and traveled with a lot of clothes. For a shorter stay that would not have been an issue. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was immaculate. Although close to the airport the rooms are very quiet. We would definitely stay at The Orbit again.”

“This hotel needs a total make over. Out first room a king room the bed was filthy they moved us to a so calked queen room suite the bed was old and uncomfortable. One of the outside windows was literally broken. I would not recommend this place.”

“The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. As we got ready at 5 am we had to keep the hall door open to at least get some cooler air in the room. This was not due to outside being hot/humid. The high during the day was in the 70’s. “The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep.”

“Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

“We booked and the room wasn't cleaned. They gave us key cards and waiting till the room was cleaned. Came back hours later to find someone sleeping in our room. Worst experience ever. Left the hotel around 11:30 after getting confirmed refund. I wont not stay here.”

“I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”
