Hotel vicino a Cleveland Clinic - Union Hospital - Dover

“Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed.”

“The hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was great. The housekeeping was spotty. Perfect one day, half done the next, and nothing done the third. The indoor pool wasn't heated. But overall, I'd stay there again.”

“There was a clogged poopy toilet in my room upon arrival. I was able to fix it myself but I shouldn’t have had to. The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway at 7am but the front desk staff was very kind.”

“I asked to see the room prior to paying There are no coffee machines. No ice machines towels ARE VERY USED, 1 small bar of soap. No ADA ROOMS 2 towels vert ratty ,2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Tub is from the 80's as are the 2 handle tub valves. Diverter spout sticks in up position ( found out hard way). Shower head is from 80's. Price Pfister. Shower arm was wobbly, Step up into room is about 7 inches, Door has no weather stripping leaks light and-or- air . Back of main Door is dirty, as...

“I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago and it was pretty nice. One of the better in the area especially for the price. I know time as passed and things get old, but to me it just seemed a little tired. The food was not great. Typical breakfast stuff but limited from what I remember. I am writing this over a month past so take it was a grain of salt as I am trying to remember specifics.”

“Traveling with a friend so we had the “suite” with dbl beds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The crazy thing is that the room has a massage chair and a bidet seat! Wonderful!!”
