“Good communication with host”

“This is our second stay at the Carriage House and we choose it because of its proximity to the clinic and comfortable layout. It also is on one floor and there's only two steps into the property with close parking to your car. A kitchen is well stocked and the furniture very comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk. Kristen is a lovely host and we plan to return. ”

“Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!”

“They were very rude the old lady and Sam they called the cops on us and refused to help us the worst customer service ever”

“the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice”

“The in room hot tub was fabulous! The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. The breakfast was standard. The indoor heated pool was too cold. I never got all the way in. Everyone I talked to said it was cold as well.”

“The hotel was conveniently located in proximity to restaurants and major road ways. I liked that it was pet friendly. The room was clean and quiet but furniture had visible wear and the room had a smell. Staff was very nice. Overall for the price I would stay again.”
