“First of all when we checked in, my husband was informed we'd been put in a "pet room." We did not ask for a pet room, and did not want one, but the hotel clerk said that was what we got. “Staff was super nice and when the breakfast had a good spread. Would come back!”

“Breakfast was ample. Tile in bathroom floor was loose. We got a feeling management is working to cut costs. Room carpet was not well vacuumed, otherwise ok. ”

“Pros: Pool and gym were nice and well maintained. Room was nice, although small. Staff was always so nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard but good. They have a waffle maker! Ac worked. Cons: Rooms (at least the one I was in) have no clothing drawers and limited hanging space. You can hear everything going on in the next room if you have a room with a separation door. “The place is darling, very cozy and comfortable. Beds were comfy. The surroundings were so serene. We had an issue with the key lock, the Hosts responded immediately to help us out, it was totally our fault. They were great. ”

“Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

“Gaming and putt putt can definitely use an upgrade. People were being extremely loud until 1am. Even when complaining to front desk nothing was done about the loudness”
