This is a 2-story unit, so stairs are required.

We may ask for a photo ID for guest screening, and if you’re using the garage, we’ll need your car info too.

Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM — and no parties, please! This is a residential building and we want to respect the neighbors.

No smoking or hanging out in shared areas. (Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.)
We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
We take house rules seriously. Security is on-site 24/7 and there are hallway cameras + a Minut/NoiseAware device inside the unit (this only monitors noise levels, no audio recording).

All bookings are manually reviewed and may be canceled if flagged as high-risk — but if you’re here to enjoy the city and relax, you’re more than welcome!
