Remodeled 4 Bedroom With a Game Room!

This home has been remodeled from A-Z and is located in the heart of Parma! Only 14 minutes to CLE Airport & 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland. This home features new luxury flooring throughout the main level, a large remodeled kitchen, & equipped with a game room! Enjoy a restful sleep with premium mattresses. A security system is included for peace of mind. ALL loud gatherings are strictly prohibited and will be shut down. Pets are allowed with prior approval and additional fees apply.

📌Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
📌NO CATS ALLOWED
To ensure smooth check-in, please complete these steps after booking:

Nice spot

Very clean and welcoming. Communication with owner was very easy and they were ready if we had any questions. Quiet neighborhood, close to the zoo and other things. Plenty of food options nearby. Close to downtown but still in a quiet relaxing location.

Perfect suburban rest cure

The property was a peaceful place to rest while my son was in hospital for 2 weeks. The neighborhood was quiet with restaurants and shopping options nearby. The house was clean, nicely decorated and furnished with household supplies necessary for daily living. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. I would stay again.

Weekend Hideaway

This property was very clean, and nicely stocked with necessary items for the stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were very comfortable, one night we had 8 guest and one night 9 and we all were very comfortable.

Great place!

We were attending a conference near by and it was a great place to stay. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the video games and foosball.

Warmth Invited Flow

As soon as I opened the front the door a noticeable warm and welcoming atmosphere is present. Photos are accurate. In person, the living, dining and kitchen areas appear larger than what is depicted in the photos. The half bath upstairs is a real bonus. Location is very convenient to many great ethnic bakeries. A quick jaunt down Ridge Rd to I-480 provides easy access other interstates and the turnpike. Unfortunately the stay became considerably shorter than expected. The reasons rested solely on my shoulders and are completely UNrelated to this property or communication with the property manager.

Excellent rental!

The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and has been beautifully renovated. The home was clean and well taken care of. The check-in process was a breeze. We appreciated being able to use the homes alarm system during our stay. This was just one of the things that helped us to feel right at home. We come to the Cleveland area frequently and would be happy to rent this home again.

Lovely

This house was amazing. The decor was very tasteful and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had 2 children with us so the game room in the basement was awesome for them. I think us adults liked it too. I would stay here again if we come back to the Cleveland area.
