“My mom and I stayed 6/20-25/2025. Our plane landed in the evening. I called the hotel to request shuttle. They told me to wait at baggage claim carousel #11, but the skycap told me that shuttle pickup was in a different area. So, we went to that area and waited for 45 minutes. I called the hotel, and asked where shuttle was. He informed me that she was already there. After some discussion, we finally determined that I was in wrong place; so, we went back to baggage claim #11 and out the doors...

“The location is ideal. We had dinner reservations at the Marble Room on Saturday night and tickets to the Guardians game at Progressive Field on Sunday. Both were an easy walk from the hotel.”
