◆ Guests have the option of self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door for added convenience.
◆ Access codes for the keypad will be sent to guests within 24 hours of their arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process.

👣 Guests should be aware that the unit is located on the top floor, so stairs will be required. Additionally, the coin-operated laundry facilities are on the second floor, which also involves climbing a few flights of stairs.

👣 Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, with one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

👣 Guests must climb stairs to access the unit, with 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a "garden apartment") and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with pets.

🛜 Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.

◆ Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
