Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Parma Heights. This newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch offers comfort and convenience for your entire group. The spacious living room provides ample seating, and the extendable dining table is perfect for family meals. The gorgeous kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials.

Relax and unwind in the hot tub, a perfect way to soak the day away after exploring the area or a busy day of activities. Let the warm water melt away your stress and rejuvenate your senses under the open sky.

The main floor features three cozy bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a king. A large bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo serves this floor.

Head down to the basement to enjoy the game room, complete with a shuffleboard table, two arcade games, and a smart TV with a classic N64. A full pullout couch provides additional sleeping space. This level also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small workout area with yoga mats and free weights.

Located in Parma Heights, this home is close to a variety of restaurants, shopping options, downtown Cleveland, and the airport. Enjoy a comfortable stay with plenty of entertainment options in a prime location!

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
