✹ No parties or events — residential condo building with neighbors who deserve quiet enjoyment.

✹ No pets unless pre-approved in writing prior to booking.

✹ Quiet hours after 10pm.

✹ All registered guests must be 18+. Primary booking guest must be 25+.

✹ Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the card on file.

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✔ Pet Cleanup: $500 - $1000 (minimum), depending on the severity

✔ Party Cleanup: $750 Minimum

✔ Smoking Remediation: $700

✔ Damaged Towels: $20 Each

✔ Damaged Linens: $50 Each

✔ Comforter: $200

✔ Duvet Cover: $100

✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.

✹ A $500 damage waiver fee is required for all stays exceeding 30 days.
