“Two seconds after I booked I realized the app glitched and booked the wrong date. I immediately contacted the hotel and expeia after which the hotel immediately went zero contact with both Expedia and myself. I wasn’t even trying to get my money back I just needed to change dates. “Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

“Before entering the hotel, there was no parking due to so many trailers in the parking lot. I asked if they had additional parking and was told no. Even though this is supposed to be a smoke free facility, there were a number of people smoking pot inside. The carpet was quite stained and there were hairs in the bathroom. We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5 but there were only two double beds (no pull out sofa). The hot tub had dirt and grime floating in the bubbles.”
